Didn't see this until just now but I'll definitely try to make it next time. Is the park you play at usually crowded? I don't know that place.
We ended up playing at countryside out in League City (Bay Area and 518). At night, it's not unusual to see 10-15 people. only had 8 people show, but that was because we hooped so early.
Is it okay if I'm ridiculously out of shape and haven't played in like a year? Even in my prime, I was a defense/hustle guy. So I'm pretty sure I'd suck now lol.
I try to play later in the evenings like 7 or 8 or afternoons on my off days. Yeah of course! We aren't drew league or nothing (for the most part)
I recently moved to Midtown - used to play @ LA Fitness, but I need a closer option. Let me know if y'all get enough people to play near here/downtown.
sometimes I go to this apartment on montrose. They have an indoor gym and last time we had 12 people there. Not sure when they show up though, so I just go randomly. I'll try to see if they have a set time they go.
I live in midtown too. have a YMCA membership so I usually play ball up at the downtown one (been a while though). I'm up for some games in midtown or downtown
looks like we got some people in midtown, lets set something up. My roommate and I would like to have a game also
Let's plan something for Next Saturday? I wouldn't mind driving downtown and hooping infront of Toyota Center. Lets say around 3?
Me and my son were shooting around at the park I was talking about on the last page, near Gleason Elementary. It was just us two but I'll more than likely be available this weekend, if anyone wants to meet up.
