I am old and slow, but have a decent jump shot and am very good at passing the ball, especially if people cut....I am the back door cutting and passing MFing man... I pine for the days when I was much better, the mind is willing but the body is weak. PS. You want to shut down RGirl? Get closer, spread wider on defense, and force her to go sideways, she shoots the ball from her shoulder, a very nice shot, but easy to contest if played correctly. DD
Just being nice to her. There is a legendary story out there of a girl guarding me, and I blocked her shot and then I apologized about it. And the girl asked what the hell I was apologizing for. If she was a dude, we'd be sharing shirts. It's just a comfort level thing. Mabye in the next few weekends, I'll be guarding her in her bra.
Kam, On your jumper, if you would get balanced before elevating, maybe take like half a beat, I think it might go in more for you, there didn't seem to be much wrong with your form....you just looked off balance, at least from the short videos I was watching. DD
DD in Kam's defense the wind was nuts that day! The ball was getting pushed around in the air alot. We all made an effort to get closer to the basket.
