i really wanted to throw a hard shoulder into him. jeez, we know you played in the NBA Bob, you don't need to flaunt it. we're just trying to have fun.

it was funny the way he pouted when i drained the game winner on him.

Some of the language he was using was pretty hardcore as well. I mean I'm not exactly Mother Teresa but I was a little teensy bit embarrassed he when missed that wide open layup and said something about a mother doing pretty obscene things with a gorilla and a can of paint thinner.

that was a nasty pick you put on him though. reminded me of that scene from Along Came Polly when Ben Stiller's character got a belly facial. you could see the beads of sweat glistening in midair.

ok, i know we're dogging him b/c he was a bit standoffish but it was cool balling with him nonetheless. nice job Yaozer!

Haha what's sad is that I did nothing but foul him. I dunno why he didn't call, maybe cus he doesn't wanna be a complete puss when he's playing pick up ball and being hacked by a small geeky asian with glasses. He did seem a little rusty.. but we couldn't really defend him. I don't think he really tried too hard tho. I wanted to play on the side rims with him so MAYBE I have a chance of semi-dunking on him.. sorta.

How are the goals over there, are they double rimmed and are they ten feet high?

Single, break-away, 10 foot (actually feels just a hair over 10 to me), good nets, good backboards.

It's actually one of the better outdoor courts I've played at.

Never anybody there, aside from a couple of youngsters two weeks ago I think. That's what makes it so good though, because we pretty much know it'll be free to use.

I'm day-to-day right now. The ankle started swelling up again after I tweaked it again early on last saturday. :(

Might have to take a week off to let it heal.

    Weather Update for 12/15

57 degrees, cloudy, few showers (30%), 22mph wind.

    Hmm...

Sunday is 55 and sunny w/ only 9mph wind. Maybe it should be a Sunday event this weekend? Maybe not?

Sucks about the weather...I will be in town for this weekend and next, so hopefully I'll get to come out and play some ball, if the weather permits (I haven't played in like 14-months seriously!)

I know up here in Dallas it's like in the 30s with thunderstorms the past two days, lol!
