we finished about a hour ago, I played 3 half court games which got me winded. Played a little better this week than last, but that's not saying much.

nice meeting a bunch of yall for the first time and good turn out.

Had a great time again you guys. My feet hurt and I banged up my hand a little on the side rims (or maybe it was the 10 foot :p ). I couldn't believe the turnout (almost 20 people?). Nice to see some of you that I hadn't run into for a while.

I liked the part where finalsbound blocked Dave2000 and proceeded to do the Steve Francis stomp walk.

    :D

Pretty big turnout. I think maybe next time we should get 2 half court games going and then let the winners play Full, that way a lot of people don't have to stand there drinking gatorade.

It was fun again though, I enjoyed running over a lot of you and generally portraying myself as a crazy-ass.

Especially that one dude in the red shirt who I stared down with a crazy look on my face, I think he liked it.

Yeah, I don't think I'll be making the same mistake in standing in front of you again.

That was a lot of fun. Although I think I played maybe a couple more games than my body wanted. I'm going to be regretting it in the morning, but that was awesome. It was nice meeting you guys. I must admit it was a little more fun when we got in the half court games, though. I need to get in a LOT better shape before I can consistently run with you guys full. I did enjoy it when moes attempted to sort of jump over/through me on that one drive. I think I damn near got teabagged on that one. I'm going to try to make it out every week (I really need this exercise) but I likely won't be able to stay as long. Maybe an hour or two. So I'm day-to-day like Kam. I think the highlight of the day for me was seeing moes do the over-the-chair slam. That and missing about 18-20 layups/putbacks. Gotta work on that.

Damn Kam.. because of you everyone is copy catting and doing the "day-to-day" crap.

Hey did ClutchCity get that net up for the side rims? I can't wait till my cuts and blisters on my hands heal up so I can dunk again. How long did you guys stay out there? till 4?

The nets are up, but I took the chance and just left them there. The possibility of having my $3.50 investment stolen at some point wasn't worth the trouble of taking them down and putting them back up again.

We stayed until almost 5, I think.

Man I'm gonna wear a glove next time I go dunking.. that stuff hurts. The sides of the rim is really sharp and blistery, not so safe.

Surprisingly I think we got way too many peeps. I think a good half were lurkers and some just happened to be there. We should advertise less for next time ^_^

I nearly broke the tip of my right index finger on one of those rims, but that was just because I'm stupid.

As for the crowd, I'd rather have a lot show up than not enough. I think next time we should just play a game of 4-on-4 half court on each side. That way up to 16 people can play at one time. I think most people, although not myself, would prefer to just run half anyway.

Most everyone (me included) claims they're out of shape, hence the demand for half court. But lately I've been liking the full court.. more space to spread out. Today's weather seemed pretty good though, wasn't too humid.

We should bring a camera next time and post clips from the games on here.

Man am I sore. Too much reckless driving into the lane and running into people.

Next time I'll just run into the crowd and punch someone in the face, Artest style.
