http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=p08p4WQBvbB40NpH6AwNHEQ&hl=en Sunday games and Monday games have been staples of NFL football for quite sometime but recently the NFL has injected a Thursday (off-day) game in several weeks during the season and there is a Saturday game during the season this year as well. I'm going to change the rules a bit because I heard several opinions about the off-day games last year. Please read below. RULES: If you choose to pick an off-day game (Thursday/Saturday) then you must pick that game before its start time. If you do not want to choose that game your pick must be in before the first game on Sunday. If your pick is not in by the time the first game on Sunday starts then you will be dead in the competition. If the team you pick loses, you are dead and may not participate again. If your team survives, you live to pick again next week... BUT...you may not pick a team you have already used during the previous weeks. Should you survive but forget to pick again the next week you will also be dead. Schedule Sunday, Sept. 14 Tennessee Titans at Cincinnati Bengals 1 p.m. CBS Sunday, Sept. 14 Buffalo Bills at Jacksonville Jaguars 1 p.m. CBS Sunday, Sept. 14 Oakland Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs 1 p.m. CBS Sunday, Sept. 14 Indianapolis Colts at Minnesota Vikings 1 p.m. CBS Sunday, Sept. 14 Chicago Bears at Carolina Panthers 1 p.m. FOX Sunday, Sept. 14 Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions 1 p.m. FOX Sunday, Sept. 14 New York Giants at St. Louis Rams 1 p.m. FOX Sunday, Sept. 14 New Orleans Saints at Washington Redskins 1 p.m. FOX Sunday, Sept. 14 Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers 4:05 p.m. FOX Sunday, Sept. 14 San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks 4:05 p.m. FOX Sunday, Sept. 14 New England Patriots at New York Jets 4:15 p.m. CBS Sunday, Sept. 14 San Diego Chargers at Denver Broncos 4:15 p.m. CBS Sunday, Sept. 14 Miami Dolphins at Arizona Cardinals 4:15 p.m. CBS Sunday, Sept. 14 Baltimore Ravens at Houston Texans 4:15 p.m. CBS Sunday, Sept. 14 Pittsburgh Steelers at Cleveland Browns 8:15 p.m. NBC Monday, Sept. 15 Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys 8:30 p.m. ESPN
Haha...it's a risky move - but if I can use the Chiefs now (when else?) then it gives me more options down the road.
Yeah, it was basically funny because you probably watched how the Raiders got manhandled Monday night and then said just as you stated in your post, if you can use them now then why not.
