Don't really like Melo, but at this point, I'll take anything.

To be honest, Melo has proven to be more of a winner than Harden though. He showed how much instant impact he had to the Nuggets when entering the league (Impacted the nuggets more than Lebron did with the Cavs. Both had bad supporting casts). At the time, Melo was constantly getting past the 1st round for a few years.

One could argue that Melo just hit the Knicks curse (see Starbury/Francis/Amare/etc).
Is Melo really a loser? Or has the Knicks organization just been bad at building around him?

I do have to say though, I can't see Melo and Harden playing together. Both bad defensively, both need the ball. I would say though that I could see Lawson and Melo working much better than Lawson and Harden.

IMO Melo would be 1000x better than Lawson next to James. Melo knows how and is willing to play off the ball. Hell he is probably most dangerous off the ball. He thrived at that in the olympics.

The defense on the other hand lol.. We'll never mind we don't play D anyways

Also wouldn't give up DMo and Lawson would almost 100% have to go

What would it even take and how would the salaries work?
    Clint
    Brew
    Jones
    Ariza
    Lawson
    Picks

Is that enough to entice NY

If we can't incorporate Ty Lawson, how will we incorporate Melo? I guess Melo would be a better spot up shooter. haha.

Still just so, so baffled Lawson can't be used better with Harden.

Let's trade harden for melo..... Maybe Melo will play better with Lawson and Howard. Maybe Morey could get the Knicks to throw in a PF and picks. Harden has lost me. I don't like his character or style of play.

If we trade for Melo, can the Knicks throw in Phil Jackson to coach us so we can run the triangle with Dwight, Harden and Melo?

So someone makes a random guess, based off another person's random guess.

In the current state of affairs, I don't think anyone wants to come here. And nobody wants what we have.
