Would you do Andre Blatche for your 15 pick?

That is tempting, but I have a lot of F/C's already...

With the 15th pick of the 2010 draft the New Jersey Nets (who will be hiring a guy named Calipari to coach them ;) NOT! LOL) select

Eric Bledsoe from the University of Kentucky

mainly because I need a backup point guard that I can trust and though both he and Henry are streaky offensively - Bledsoe always brings the D! And the hope is a SG-SF with my free agent money

Edit: and Daryl would approve because he can get to the free throw line

If I talk to Ricky Rubio and his agent, and he's willing to sign a contract with Memphis for next year, because Minnesota is a frozen septic tank, I'll make an offer.

When I looked it up earlier, Minnesota seems to feel he'll be playing in the NBA in the 2011-2012 season.. so one more year wait.

nWo you could have traded down 10 to 15 spots, picked up another asset and still taken Singler (who reminds me A LOT of Adam Morrison)

Ricky Rubio will be in the NBA for the 2011-2012 season.

1 more season without him, but thats still a valuable asset

Don't even try to compare Kyle Singler to Adam Morrison. Morrison was a ball hogging, immature, diabetic, *****stache wearing, completely unathletic idiot and egomaniac who took a ton of shots and racked up points against atrocious competition that Gonzaga plays against and couldn't even play defense or rebound against inferior competition. He also never could pass. On top of that, he only had one good year in college anyway.

Singler domiated Hayward with his defense in the championship game, led one of the best rebounding teams in rebounds, has great basketball IQ and passes well, blocks shots well for a small forward, has played against the best competition their is in the ACC and done well each of the last 3 years even with a position change, isn't a diabetic, and didn't try to grow a teenager-quality pornstache. On top of that he's a leader, and didn't cry like a douche after getting smoked in the tournament...because he won it.

I wouldn't have drafted Singler at 13, but don't even try to compare him to the teenage angst band-leader Adam Morrison.

I'll do the trade if your still interested. I'll throw in the 30th pick to sweeten the deal.

I agree with the concept that perhaps if you knew you wanted Singler then you could move down and get more assets... I think he's definitely talented 1st round material... but more like 17-20 range rather than end of the lotto.

I have a feeling the Rocket fans are gonna be a lot happier about the real draft than this mocked draft.

Yah I just hate Adam Morrison because he's just about the gayest thing since buttsex.

And I'm a Dukie, lol. Besides, Singler's a very well rounded player. His NBA problem is just that he doesn't have outstanding athleticism and doesn't excel at any one thing. I think you're pretty close on the range.
