Prince's contract is up in a year, Summers is terrible, and Aminu is considerably better than Daye, who kinda sucks. "That white guy" is currently playing Power Forward for the Pistons.

What they need most are a PG and a legit center, and neither is worth taking anywhere near the 5th pick (I'm sorry Aldrich just isn't that great).

What the Pistons should do, therefore, is to try and wrangle a trade for Mutumbo's younger, taller doppleganger Hasheem Thabeet.

Before you hate on me and ask why I didn't go for size for the Warriors, I just believe Maggette is close to his way out and the big men in this years draft are a hit or miss. So instead I went with Wesley Johnson who is a great all around player who brings a winning demeanor and attitude to the team. I was looking for value and an NBA ready player with this pick and found both.

Does Brand + your 2010 First Round pick for Dampier + Beaubois work in ESPN Trade Machine?

Philly is going to have to give up some <i>Juice</i> to move Brand's contract and your earlier trade proposal completely ignored that reality.

 

I've already tried having some fun with this mock draft.....they just won't allow it dude.....although I didn't like the trade you proposed.

 

I would of gone for a 2 guard but there wasn't a guy left worth the 7th pick.

I like the Johnson pick. I feel like he's underated, and I think he's top 5 material at least. I think he should've gone #3.

 

Its not that you can't have fun its just the riduculousness of the trades being proposed. If the team is already centered around Dwight Howard surrounded by shooters why would they trade him for Chris Paul and the #3 pick, which won't be a guarantee to replace what Dwight gives the team.

Why would the Jazz move any of those players plus a top 10 pick for Iggy and Elton Brand's horrendous contract and two throw ins? That trade really would make no sense.

I'm not saying don't have fun with it but these trades need to have more realisticness to them. Not complete overhauls of teams.

 

Well in my case, I like to rebuild teams if I don't feel they have a great shot at winning a championship. In my case, I go to a team that could use a true center, and they had Collison up and coming so I offered to try to get Paul, who is a top point guard in this league, and the #3 pick, so I could draft Demarcus Cousins to replace Howard. Now Cousins is no Dwight Howard I know that, but he's got a lot of ability that I like.
