    This is what I am hoping for as well. Rockets play Timberwolves in the 1st round. Utah gets shifted (with OKC) to the GSW side of the bracket.

    We'll face them if the Nuggets beat the Wolves but the Nuggets are down at the half now.

    so if Nuggets lose and Pelicans win , then Spurs drop to 7th and play Warriors 1st rd?

    If things hold as they are now (NO up, Min up, OKC up), we'll need to root for Utah to win. That would make OKC sixth and we would get NO in the first round and the Portland/SA winner in the second.

    Utah and Portland is a really hard game to predict, Utah is on a winning streak, Portland has a great home record.

    Well. With okc winning and New Orleans on its way we are looking at the spurs if DENVER wins and minny if minny wins.

    Utah Portland somewhat irrelevant for us unless you look at 2nd round. A Utah win puts okc in the warrior bracket and Portland/pelicans in ours.

    My bad youre right, I meant we would get Minny in the first round and the Portland/NO winner in round 2. That's the path of least resistance at this point.

    Wow. Memphis making a game of it. Okc loses and its them in the first round regardless of other games.

    OKC can't be 8th seed even if they lose. If they lose, they can finish 7th seed, but i believe other things need to happen.
