I don't think Les and Morey will let Dwight go and I hope they don't.
Too hard to get a legitimate star, so why would they let one go!

I'm not a Dwight fan by any means but I have to admit he's been balling recently. If you ask me though, you take advantage of this and get some good value for him now before his back goes out again.

Sorry, but despite his recent play, he can no longer be considered a legit star.

OK so he's not 20 year old Orlando Dwight anymore. But he's still a monster and better than 25 of the other starting 5's in the league.
Me personally, I'd hate to see him traded.

    I feel as if this is a LeBron scenario;

You watch LeBron play during the regular season. He drives into the hole with a helpless defender waiting at the rim only to be absolutely punished by LeBrons $300m footlong, eyes wide as Katy Freeway..... but then LeBron lays it up.

He's preserving himself for the playoffs. And I believe Dwight does the same. He knows his body will break down quicker if he goes full on beast mode every game. Playoff Rondo gets hype by ESPN, and playoff Dwight made him look like dried up hobo c*m

Small sample size much? There's a reason we're barely above .500 and Dwight overall not having a great season is one of them. I have no reason to believe this recent run of success is sustainable.

At times he is more valuable than Harden.

Dayum you Bball Gods, can't you just give him part of Harden's Offense.

    ;)

The man is a top 5 center who was hurt 50% last year. Hadn't had this many double double since 13' and y'all still want to trade him. We are not getting cousins so who else would y'all realistically want?

Dwight might not make the all star teams every year but he is probably the best center come playoffs. And I'd rather have him then 95% of these other centers. And we got Capella at just 21yr old.

Ride Dwight until the wheels fall off because by that time Capella with be just scratching to enter his prime. Appreciate what you have b****es

An excellent game by the big fella last night. He was the difference maker, in my humble opinion. My question for tonight is, will Dwight play? He led the Rockets in minutes played against Memphis, which surprised me after watching the game and then checking the box score. 38 minutes, compared to 33 for James, for example. Killed Gashole on the boards.

JB really distributed the minutes against a very good team, giving a lot to the bench players, and they earned them. Jones, Thornton, Brewer and Terry all played very well, in my opinion. Terry couldn't find his shot, but dished 6 dimes in 19 minutes. And they often made good passes into the post to Dwight. Long may it continue!

I felt JB's rotations would hurt the team last night, but they worked. Unfortunately until DMo is back Dwight is going to have to play more minutes especially if Harrell isn't going to see any minutes. Capela hitting the "rookie wall" hurts and makes the team rely on Dwight more. Its a few hours until tip and there hasn't been any news about Dwight not playing so I would suspect he would play. The wolves have a lot of skilled big men - KAT, KG, Pekovic and Dieng so the Rockets will need all the help up front they can get

Think how bad this team would rebound without Dwight.

D12 is too up and down for me. Way to into his feelings of being happy for a 12 year professional NBA player. Also, I think everyone can agree that he's not going to get better with age and money. Spending that money on someone else (a Draymond Green type) would go a long way.

There's only one Draymond Green and if you're suggesting to just let DH walk and using that money to sign a DG "type" would make the Rockets better. Youre sadly mistaken

I'm not only one mistaken if you think paying D12 what he expects is going to bring a championship to Houston.
