It looks like clutchfans memberships aren't the only things people are getting for free nowadays.

I think he just means that it wasn't worth it for a Rox fan this year.

Houston's last game against Sacramento is unequivocally the most important game of the remaining season. that's assuming that they win a few before that match and that Sacramento loses a couple. if they win that game they move a whole game up and win the tie-breaker and only have to match the Kings record. if they lose... don't want to go there.

What's wrong with you, the admired Clutch? With great respect to your excellent job that makes this site such a wonderful place for Rox fans, I hate your post tonight. The season is not over yet! The Rox is not dead yet! You can not hope the other team to beat us! Not you, Clutch!

I think its been a looooong and dissapointing season for CLutch and like the rest of us, he's just coping with it any way he can... in his case, perhaps a little with a little irony & black humour & in reference to his wish for a high draft pick, perhaps even a little logic and rationalizing. :p

Just an Hour into April 1 and I've already been fooled a couple of times.

I'm starting to think that the Rockets didn't really win tonight, and that it was all an early April Fools Joke.

I;ll say it again..the biggest change in Yao is his big toe. I cannot believe any team would single cover him, especially with TMac out. Now, with both healthy, who do you double?....what a great question to have other teams consider. ...and Mr Head, well, just like Yao he is really growing up fast. Let us not forget that Yaozilla, ( patent pending), did not play 4 years of college, so he is basically going to be a senior, uh unlike any senior ever. ( well Labron of course.) So, head, alston, bogans, these guys seem to be keepers..and if bobbie can get healthy what a nice group of role players to add a little to.

Yao is blowing my mind with his drop step and fadeaways...talk about unstoppable!!! Like I said 2 weeks ago, just watching him is worth the viewing now even if we go down in flames...ah,,,go down period.

I haven't read the entire thread. If someone has mentioned this ad nauseum, my bad.

I went to the game last night, section 111. Great view of the game.

Maybe the refs are being equalizers---an unfettered Yao Ming could go off for 50 points? But what would be wrong with that?

My point? I have never seen a player swiped, battered, punched, as often as Yao. My God, it was so obvious.

OK, you're all saying, "What else is new?"

On TV to see it is one thing. But up close? He gets whacked across his arms and shoved in the back so often, it's grotesque. And Danny Freakin' Crawford was one of the refs! I used to have more respect for D.C. but that was tough to watch.

Double both and see whether the Rockets can beat you 3 on 1.
