Mutumbo is the man.. I'll take the technical.. I really do feel bad about yao but to be honest, I also thought Mutumbo deserved more playing time in last year's playoff run against Utah

Without Yao, I believe rockets still can win the next 2 games against Wizards and Grizzlies. The real test will be against the Nuggets!

    Go Rockets Go!

the only advantage without yao is that other teams won't have mismatches v. us in terms of having yao guard them. i think our defense can be much better in that sense.

Clyde "12-0 since scola is a starter, you can only improve on that, you can't get any better then that."

Mt. Mutombo is a defensive juggernaut.

Yeah, but also notice that washington can easily double tmac and not worry as much since Yao isn't in there.. it's, unfortunately, a give and take.

u see how scola improves our PF position? tmac is not running most of the plays and we're still scoring.

we'll be fine. advancing out of the first round depends on the matchups. as long as we don't face the suns, spurs, mavs, or lakers, we have a good chance of advancing.

our only reg. season win last yr was w/o yao. we match up w/ utah better without yao. and we can beat denver or hornets without him.
