Did anyone notice a guy named Richards wearing a Rockets uniform? He was walking into the locker room with the team at the end of the game. Did I miss something?

We went 0 for 11 at 3pt line against the Bulls. We still won. I like our strategy. Inside outside combines, fake the hell out our opponents. Most of our 3 threes are wide open, uncontested. I dont mind taking those, esp if Tmac, Barry, Padgget and Wes take those.

 

Assuming the Bulls hold on to their game, we will be only a game and a half behind Sacramento for the 5th seed!

 

that was a pretty good prediction, though yao and tmac only scored exactly 57 and not over 57.

but we'll let it slide on this great night.



kings just got screwed on a charge that should've been a blocking foul (and the bulls announcers staring right at the replay still said nocioni was outside the circle even though he wasn't) so maybe we'll be within 1.5 games. the kings are getting creamed on crucial late game calls lately. this'll be potentially 3 recent games they've lost thanks to refs.


i liked the silence of the bulls announcers right after they had just gone crazy calling for the charge and were so happy the refs switched it to a charge, then they show the replay and it's obvious his feet were on the circle. after about 5 seconds of dead air, they just say good call and move on.

i have to say the team is better than i thought...i thought the rocks would lose today.. they got a real test against the run-and-gun team that they did bad against when they were'nt winning (a win against Seattle would put any doubts to rest)... this team is missing a power foward who can rebound...if CD can pull something out (Marshall) .. the west better be scared

...and i gotta say Y.Ming is doing just fine... he is playing exactly how he should...in a year or two you will see him at another level.

Looks like the bulls is going to beat the Kings. Wow, who would've thought we could be so close to the upper pack of the division after a miserable start. Props to the team, JVG, and CD for pulling the triggers on the trades. Some people may say we had soft schedule in this winning streak, but if you look at it closely, we actually beat several hot teams, and we won lots road games which is always difficult. Nice allstar break, get us refreshed for the big games in the 2nd of the season. Go rox.
