If we have another 3-4 bad games with Smith starting...we need to convince to play as a 6th man.

All I want is to see us get back to a good defensive effort. That's when we are at our best.

If smith goes off then something is wrong with the game plan. Like Howard in foul trouble like the other game. Smith is third option.

Who cares, all that matters is if team wins, besides I highly doubt that.

Agreed! The thing about the Spurs loss was how many quick passes San Antonio threw from the outside into guys waiting under the basket for easy 2s.

I hope Kevin and his staff tell the guys to keep an eye open on D and throw your hands out there to deflect them. We could have stopped a few easy buckets and the outcome may have been different. And 25 turnovers? And 13 missed free-throws? It's a wonder we were still in this one until the end.
Will Beverley be on Wall tonight?

Rockets lose and Clutchfans will lose their minds. Murray going to be fed up when he sees the threads

I think you're right, but what about Conley? Hasn't he done a fantastic job being the leader of that Memphis team. In my opinion he just doesn't get enough praise in this league. He might not even make the all star game this year despite his offensive and defensive averages being at an all time high. Conley could very well be the best basketball player on this side of the universe. What do you think?

We are leaving for TC now. I expect the Rockets will start a new win streak!

I did not think you were a Smith opponent right until now.

Wow, didn't know it had got that bad. Last year he was 46% and 41%, I wonder what the drop off could be? His numbers across the board, including minutes played, are all relatively the same, but he basically made one more shot per game using one less attempt last year with the Wizards... Thank goodness for his 2 steals per game and his FT% at 82 at least.

Ariza shot very well at the start of this season, then injuries happened. He had to play 40+ mins per game, I think his shooting slump was caused by fatigue.
Hopefully he will shoot better going forward as we have added depth. He is still a terrific defender.

Washington is a good team. And so it's not the end of the world if we lose to them.

All eyes tonight will be on Josh Smith.

    McHale's rotations are stupid.

Keep the starting 5 as is

4-5 minute mark take out Bev, Howard, Ariza. Put in Terry, D-Mo, and Brewer.

1-2 minutes later, take out Smoove and put in Kostas not ****ing Joey Dorsey.

Dwight back in at the top of the 2nd, take Harden out. Ariza in for Dwight at 8 minute mark, Bev/Harden/Smoove back in at 6 minute mark. Dwight back in at 4-5 minute mark for D-Mo.

These r****ded rotations of Ariza playing 21 minutes in the 1st half, and stupidity of having Dorsey out there with Kostas on the bench is beyond dumb. Then again, it's McFail.
