The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. As I have said many, many times. James/Alston, one of the dumbest Rocket's trades of all time, hands down. Yes, Alston make the winning shot. But if had not shot 25 % on the game, that shoot would not have been necessary.

Clever response, but it is bad news for everyone if you take yourself this seriously.

But it is refreshing to have God in the forum for a while. :)

He didnt suck overall tonight. For some reason tonight was the first time in a while I saw the flaws everyone was talking about. Little things like throwing sloppy passes at Yao's feet, not being there in time to get a rebound, a point guard passing to a spot and he's not there. His game isn't as refined and polished as it might appear for the type of veteran player he's considered. Fluidly sloppy if that makes sense. But he wasn't a sore spot tonight though, he'll get credit for a gutty win like everyone else

ToothYanker - Do you play "Dungeonmaster" when you and your friends get together on Friday nights? Cause you are real good at fantasy....

Do you have a service animal to help you down the street? Cause you might be blind...

Or else you might just have been hit upside the head with a crowbar, because you do not have very good short term memory.......

.....why do I say this? Because you obviously are:

    1. Fabricating things and are good at fantasy

James does not "dribble and dribble", this did not happen. I watched the entire T-wolves-Knicks game tonight. THis did not happen once.

How many times have you watched the T-wolves this year?

How many times did you watch the Raptors last year?

How many times did you watch the Rox two years ago?

Obviously.........NOT MUCH. Cause the things you thought you saw did not happen.

James made the offense more efficient when he is in the game. He did it in Houston. He did it in Toronto. He's doing it in Minnesota.

"stagnate" is true - if by "stagnate", you mean "revitalize".

    2. Cannot see

Again, your misunderstanding of James' game leads me to this conclusion, not to mention your inability to comprehend stats or prose. THat is not the way James plays. Do you watch games or just read the BBS? Because if it was the latter I would understand.....

    3. Head trauma

NOt sure why you don't understand this: the guy shoots marginally more than Alston.....shoots better, turns it over less, assists more, scores more --- MY GOD, you call this slightly better? James shot at a 50% clip tonight, in limited minutes, put up 16-6, only 2 TO's...His numbers are already better....tomorrow when they are averaged in they will be even better...his numbers at the end of the year, will be better than Rafer's, on both an efficieny and a raw basis....like they are now...which is incredible considering that he plays on a much worse team. And don't even get me started on defense.

    END

Tonight's game really led me to believe Alston should be a backup guard in this league.

I am happy to have a win though. Go rockets.

What the hell is a dungeonmaster? Please tell me since you seem to be familiar with the term.

What's pathetic is that we'd be the #1 seed in the East right now.

    Oh, and BTW:

    Hakeem is gone.
    Cassell is gone.
    Horry is gone.

Richard Jefferson, Mike James, Eddie Griffin, Rudy Gay, Steve Francis, Cuttino Mobley, etc., etc., etc. I feel really sorry that some of you out there can't support all our players. What's comforting to know is that for each neg-head that posts on this board, there are probably 10-20 fans who support everyone wearing a Rocket uniform, which is how it should be, and don't freak out over every missed shot or the occasional bad game.

Great win. We're going to keep getting better.

If anyone should bear the brunt of our anger, it should not even be close. Howard, Alston, McGrady, Head- they come to play every night. If we should be mad at anyone, it's that fat tubalard reject from Sacramento who needs to grow up. F**k Bonzi.

VSPAN will be finishing games pretty soon.

This won't be a problem too much longer.

They were never closer than 8 while vspan was in the game.

His tenacity on D - trickles down to the whole team.

The guy obviously considers himself one of the 'authorities' of the clutch community. He spends a LOT of time here and if anyone disagrees with him, his ego is hurt and there'll be hell to pay. That explains the hostility. I tread on his virtual turf, as lame as that sounds, but he apparently takes it pretty seriously.
