The key of playing Yao is play him when he is effective and rest him when he is not. He and Tmac was clicking and we scored on several pocession in a row, and he wasn't showing sign of fatigue. Keep that going we might already have a 20 pts lead.

Oh yeah, JVG's "turnover machine" that has been glued to the bench, just stopped a run by the Wizards. VSpan, VSpan, your our Man, if anyone can do it YOU CAN!

Bill is gold, wish he gets more PT from now on. He will have some bad nights, but JVG, please be patient to the teen wolf...he really can bite.

Can we just cut to the chase for the next game and give Vspan the starting point guard job?

I think people are frustrated because Van Gundy routinely makes substitutions that disrupt the shooting rhythm of players. Yao was working his way into a rhythm with McGrady on the court, and Van Gundy decided to pull him as he was heating up.

It's a difficult decision that JVG faces, because he has to closely monitor Yao's minutes, but there is a fairly large group of people who believe that one should ride the hot-streaks of his players, in order to build a lead that cannot be overcome by the opposing team. I'm not implying that I subscribe to this idea, but there are people who do.
