Why didn't anyone get in Draymond's face after his forearm to Fred?

Draymond threw cheap shots all series long and we just sucked it up and accepted it. Feel like the fight was missing in G7

 

Tari needs to be traded, his leg is done.

Warriors after game 6 talked a lot about Jabari Smith.

Sounds like they value him more than our own team does...they have to be so happy that he was treated like a deep bench player in this series lucky to play 20 mins any given night.

 

We all know Jalen **** the bed this series--and his performance very well may have cost us the series.

But the way Dillon played in the last two games (and even game 4, if we're being honest) was not getting it done either. Dumb fouls, dumb shots, not super effective on defense...

And Tari was probably one of the worst players in the series on either side. There were times where his energy was helpful, but twice as often he was making a bunch of boneheaded mistakes. Jalen's issue was that he was passive, couldn't hit ****, and couldn't really adjust. But I *do* think he's less boneheaded than he was coming into the league--he has made objective improvements in that area if nothing else. Tari needs to work on his BBIQ or he's not going to be scratching his ceiling.

 

The timing of a Green trade is going to be interesting. They have to go through this pain to ascertain what type of player he is but what we saw probably sank his market.

How do you break this core? (How much chemistry do you want to retain?) What chips do you want to push to the center of the table?

Real real questions for the front office.

 

I hope Ime Udoka has realized how bad his coaching philosophy is. He basically handpicked 8 players and hoped they will develop a potent offense by always playing together. He alienated the other players which was obvious in game 5 when no bench players showed any motivation. In the off season, some of the current core will be shipped out. It will take time for whoever that will come to adapt to other guys. Kerr was playing a system, in which he can make many adjustments. Ime's outdated.

I didn’t say he’s a good player, I said he’s a great shooter. He’s a career 40% three point shooter. And we left him open an entire half. And are shocked that he’s making wide ass open shots? Lol.

 

LaMelo Ball asked for a Trade Request to a Contender.

Hopefully LaMelo looks at Houston and says he is interested.

Whether my plan works or not at worst it is equal to you and Ime's plan since the plan to guard Hield after he already went off caused us to lose.

But the %s and averages are not always playing out over a game. Hield was GOING to make his open shots tonight. Playoff history is FILLED with guys getting hot for a night, it was his night, it was literally a career night for him, at that point you have to treat it like that. Curry didn't hurt us THAT much because he did what was expected.

Hield having 33 points is why we lost. That's all I'm saying. He cannot come out of this game with 33 points.

He can only have that many points on open shots. That's it, that's the only way he scores in this league.

 

I think Ime would have an aneurysm trying to coach Lamelo and his no-defense-playing ass. You are absolutely right in that help is needed. But I'm not sure Lamelo is the answer.

 

He didnt make shots in the 2nd half while Curry made shots in the 2nd half.

Did we win or lose? We lost. Therefore it was the wrong game plan. Whats the worst that can happen if we left Hield open and continued drag net on Curry? We will lose the game? lol

Curry didnt hurt us that much dude had 20 in a half. Thats 40 for the whole game which is 7 pts higher than Hield's 33.

of course they value him more. One of my friends just texted saying they need to trade for a star but just “make sure you guys keep Amen and Jabari” LoL. Jabari is a winning player, but we kept a great shooter on the bench in a game where all our regular guys couldn’t hit water in the ocean. Hopefully we can extend Bari to a team friendly deal, if he even want to stay here anymore lol
