he’s leading team in all 4 because that’s the formal for Warriors to win … we needed him to lead in rebounds and assist - not points

 

Part of it is Udoka focuses on defense much more than offense and part of it is the Rockets are a flawed offensive team that doesn’t shoot the ball well enough in a league where shooting wins.

Also, Udoka has only been here two years.

 

if we’re gonna go strictly based on those odds sure they overachieved.

it’s one of the youngest teams in the league and with the way they finished last year it wasn’t much of a surprise that they could take the next step and be a playoff team. Sure it was surprising to finish as the 2 seed.

but we still lost in the first round. And you’re damn right that it’s even more dejecting losing game 7 at home instead of losing as a 7 seed. That context certainly matters. But losing to the warriors yet again just has my basketball PTSD fully charged.

And that is what really stings - it wasn't Curry who killed us but Buddy Hield.

 

They were coming hard at Fred, we needed a Jalen game tonight, didn't get it.

Amen finally turned it on but too late at that point then might have strained his calf or something.

Needed a Jalen game. Most of it is on Jalen, at some point he has to demand the ball, but part on it is on coach who seemed content or planned to just have Sengun go 1v1 against Draymond when Draymond has won that matchup all series long.

I thought we overhelped all series, so many wide open threes for their role players and Draymond...they can hit those.
