    I’ll remember the Rockets beating them tonight and advancing to their first NBA finals in 23 years. Time for the guttiest, grittiest team win in Rockets history.

    I just don’t know what to think. I do think this is the time Harden needs to sh*t or get off the pot. MVP’s are supposed to impose their will on the game. I have not seen Harden do that. Maybe tonight he will close the first chapter and start a new book.

    Adjustments for Game #7:

    Normally there are not any adjustments left to make in a game 7, but with Paul out I see the Rockets figuring out the Warriors that much more.

    Getting off to a fast start in game 6 forced the Warriors to focus and play a faster pace. That blowout at the end gave Houston all they need to make sure it doesn't happen again. For 2 quarters the Rockets had the Warriors on the ropes without Paul. There may be a slight carry over in the first quarter for the Warriors but by the half it will be a close game. A close game in the 4th will be to the Rockets advantage. We have to make Curry work and tire him out as well as stick to Klay on the 3. Force KD into those iso plays and attack on the offensive end. Warriors won't know what hit them.

    If by chance the Rockets get off to another hot start then play defense. Don't try to pour it on by playing too fast and turning the ball over. Pass the ball, get open shots and stuck to your man on defense.

    He wasn't great in Game 2 and the Rockets won by 22(and it wasn't even that close). Because Tucker, Ariza, and Gordon all stepped up. The same needs to happen tonight.

    It will take a lot more than anything Harden can do to win this one. Everyone has to elevate. Synergy is the only chance we have and even then it’s slight.
