Realistically, you shouldn't. So what needs to be changed? A lot of the complaints I'm reading concern either X's and O's or that the team looks dumb, listless, and unmotivated. Both of those things are the head coach's responsibility.

Yes, professional players shouldn't need to be motivated, and even a great coach like Riley or Pop or Jackson is limited by the players they have. But this team has the best (regular season) player in the NBA, a HoF point guard, a decent center, and one of the league's best 6th men. As well as great role players.

Don't they have the talent to beat a crippled GS? On the Rockets's home court? I think so. And that they didn't is a big crooked middle finger towards the guy sitting in the coach's chair.

Morey did nothing..it's Austin and Faried both wanted to come here for free through waivers. Our bench were so bad that Austin/Faried sensed playing time for them in a relatively good team.

 

I didn’t think I’d be able to laugh for a while. Then I saw this.

 

Should've never traded for CP3. We don't need him. We need scrappy bull hustling bull dogs ala Pat Bev and Montrez Harrell.

I hate our offense and our coaching is definitely to blame.

And personally, I can stand iso Harden ball but there's no denying how talented this guy is. Let Harden be Harden, lets just pick up players to complement him to the max.

My thoughts exactly. And prior to that sequence, Tucker is wide open for three. I mean didn't we do screens, etc. just to get open looks? He passed to Green instead. And I think Breen just mentioned that we have our highest lead of the game at that point, chance to push it to 10 if not mistaken. And Green happened, followed by Curry three.

I don' think Capela is the problem. The offense isn't built for him. You got 6 other guys jacking up 3s half the time and you just expect Capela to rebound?

F#&k that guy. By all accounts other than White's, the Rockets moved heaven and earth to try and accommodate his disability. He refused to work with them (which is a predictable outcome from someone with his condition), and instead of moving on, he first craps all over the team, and now expects them to roll out the red carpet again?

What, was this new league he got drafted for, expecting him to work hard for them too?

Whatever the big question for this team is, Royce White is not the answer. Even though I, at the time, supported the decision to draft him.

 

Capela has some serious work to do in the off season. He needs to get a reliable hook shot or drop step. Right now he’s borderline unplayable against GSW because his fundamentals suck.
