    ^ how can u coach against that? the only way is to take yao out or make yao shoot jumpers from way outside. yao can't play against this type of defense. if yao had a power game, we just lob it up and he just dunks over them but he doesn't.

    the only way is pick and roll and let yao shoot jump shots if u want to get yao involved. other than that, take yao out.

    phoenix and warriors have short fast guys who can do this.

    also, on offense, they run run run. yao's tired already.

    would you purposefully throw this game to help the warriors get the 8th seed (they match up well with dallas) in anticipation of a second round with the mavs -- since catching utah for the homecourt seems unlikely?

    No. You play every game to win, and let the chips for where they may. The Rockets, mind you, still have a chance at home-court in the first round. They can worry about Dallas when and if they have to face them again.

    We have problems of passing the ball to Yao. Several TOs already. Those TO pass are too hesitate.

    Ugh. Shane is having a VERY ugly game and its starting to show. We have problems.

    Btw, this is the first time we've faced the "new" GSW, but THE HELL.
