It's sad we lost tonight. But it's good to know the Jazz lost tonight too.

Boy these two teams must love each other very much. They just don't want to leave each other too far away.

JVG always say we are who we are. Our identity is half court game and yet today he was playing Nellie ball without the athletes. Sometimes I wonder whether he listens to his post game comments.


One thing for sure, the rockets talk a good talk but they never walk the talk.


I am sick of all post game and pre game interviews by Rafer and Tracy. They always say the right things but come game time all is forgotten.

 

So I guess Yao and the team still can't handle any fronting defense?

Well, let's just say other teams would be stupid not to adopt the same strategy against us in the playoffs. Yao can't handle that type of defense, it makes him useless and, in fact, a liability because his teammates keep turning the ball over trying to get it to him and it stifles our offense. Moreover, I still can't believe that JVG STILL has no answer for that type of defense. I mean, how many games do we have to play against the Suns where Yao is a non-factor until we start seeing some 'counter-strategy' from the coaching staff? Is it too much to ask?

 

The fronting defense is only effective against Yao if they have the second guy behind him to double team.

If there is no ball movement, or if the team doesn't hit open jumpers, Yao will be fronted and then doubled all day.

 

I have a question. Is this bear (Clutch) the administrator of this BBS (Clutch)?
