I believe he has a stiff back and they don't want to risk anything, they are in the playoff anyway, and overtaking Utah is a tall order w/o much benefits...

I like how this team passes the ball around, give it to the worst shooter on the perimeter.

Exactly. It's good to let our bench play/practice/prepare for playoffs.

I believe the stiff back is a cover for a benching for lack of effort.....

But your point about them overtaking Utah is correct, and it wouldn't hurt the Rockets if the GS Warriors played the Mavs in round 1.

I have never criticized JVG before but what the heck is he doing. Is he going for a win or not. Too late for Yao.

This makes no sense. That would mean we would play GS in the 2nd round instead of Dallas. After this game, do you seriously want that to happen?

...Since when has JVG been about that? I seem to remember blowouts where he kept the starting lineup on, for fear of loosing the lead. This is a pretty abrupt change. I don't like that.

Its confusing, but I like the predictable JVG, but not too predictable. Like an in-between JVG. Seriously, he's either shifting Yao off at the exact second mark every game or switching V-span on in the 2nd quarter. Why can't he just be...normal?

Come on. Dallas will steam roll their a@@. The Mavs are just so versatile. Did I say I hate the Mavs. No? OK, I hate the Mavs!
