If we can’t figure out how to beat the worriers then may as well quit watching NBA until Curry retires. (and Lebron)

His handles are not to good enough to go directly at someone off the dribble and is the reason he backs up or sway to shake someone. And he mostly goes right because his left hand dribble is weak.

Game 1 short eval: If Curry had not exploded, Rockets would have won. Tonight, he could not be contained. Jimmy Butler might be the trade-deadline pickup of the century. It's unbelievable how well he fits their team.

Alpi played like a stud even though he didn't do much in the 2nd half. Hats off to him but he had no help.

Jalen was a flaming disaster. Most of us expected him to struggle but he completely imploded in the worst way. Warriors have him totally figured out.

Steven Adams is why this wasn't a 25-30 point blowout. So glad he's on this team. The Warriors don't have an answer for him.

Fred absolutely cannot be allowed to miss 15 shots (including 11 threes) ever again. Holiday should have got some floor time in his place.

Jabari was great when he didn't try to dribble or bring the ball down on an offensive rebound where he was very easy to strip.

Amen was terrible a huge chunk of the game but he turned a corner. That's all we can ask for after a very poor 1st half. I expect a big improvement for him going forward.

As disruptive as he was on defense at times, Tari's jumper remains dead and buried.

DB played hard, didn't shoot well and, as usual, got away with a bunch of off-ball fouls.

I don't have much to say about Ime other than Holiday should have got some of Fred's minutes (and shots).

I wouldn't mind having someone to hold their hand till one of those guys learns to score in the half court. That offense was absolutely grotesque.

Jalen shouldnt be having problems beating the warriors worst defender on screen and roles. If Curry can contain Jalen Green then this series is over.

Coach list the game tonight. He is not good with challenges and cost us the game by wasting a key challenge!

    Fred 40 minutes 4-19 shooting, 2-13 from 3
    Jalen 31 minutes 3-15 shooting, 0-4 from 3

Cam, Reed or Holiday deserved a look, even for just a couple of minutes. Uncle Jeff too, if we are being honest about how bad that second quarter was

What? The dude hit a few shots from 8+ feet beyond the 3 point line.

How did the refs have anything to do with that?

He can get past Curry, it’s them allowing Draymond or Looney to camp in the paint is the issue .. he needs a floater or be confident in taking that midrange jumper

Curry and Green are the 2 biggest douchebags in the modern era.

Prior to them you had Kobe and Shaq.

Prior to them you had Stockton and Malone.

Prior to them, you had Isaiah and Laimbeer.

Just a never ending stream of douches.

Jabari took 3 shots and scored more points than Fred, Jalen, and Thompson. He also made all 4 free throws. He needs to be shooting more.

I'm not even that impressed with the warriors style of play anymore. Used to vomit at having to defend 100 moving screens per action, now they just do 2 or 3. It's Just Steph and Travis Scott taking heat check shots on rookie mode over any defender, straight up and connecting.

The travel that wasn't called on podzi halted the Rockets run.
And why the F are we playing these games at a time that the Warriors are used to.

6-29 from threes. 20%. Not because of good defense either.

Also what happened to the kumbucket?

It's Ok. Its gonna be another GSW run at the expense of the Rockets. Always looking up at this team and then getting owned by Curry in our building.

Now that they have Butler as well... good luck. Im gonna give more of a pass for Thompson today for his shooting. But Jalen Green and FVV... my goodness...

Don't forget that Green forgets to show up when on the West Coast. So his best game is gonna be game 2.

I'm sorry Jalen Green should have never gotten a chance in the 4th after Adams and Jabari got us back into the game...

If the Rockets continue to play at this level defensively we will be ok. The biggest problem is what to expect offensively for this series.

Fred Van Vleet was so special in 2019. What happened?

One thing I'll say is there's a difference between Jalen, Jabari, Amen and Tari who came up in AAU basketball versus Sengun who played against grown men as a teenager in Turkey. It showed tonight.
