We've had plenty of recent losses to teams that we should beat and not of those gave the team more motivation. Unfortunatley i dont think the Warriors game is going to do anything different.

exactly. Once again we can chalk it up to "inexperience" and "youth" for the Rockets failures. They've lost to the Hornets, Kings, Wiz and other bottom feeders and didn't necessarily 'learn' from their ways.

I DO like the fact there is some bad blood brewing between teh Rockets and warriors because it shows a competitve fire and maybe it is somewhat of a motivator seeing as they are trying to catch the Warriors in the standings. I don't think it will work because once they lose we start questioning the team all over again, but it would be nice to see the Rockets go on a late-season streak and take the 6th spot. Then Parsons will have something to tweet M.Jackson

It's nothing Rockets fans don't know. It's nice to see it covered in media though. Feighen is probably too worried about offending coaching staff and players as Chronicle's major team beat writer.

The Rockets need big games from Lin if it expects to get into and succeed in the playoffs.

The disagreement between coaching staff and Ownership on Jeremy Lin can be described as awkward at best. Especially when Sampson was playing Douglas ahead of Lin. The coach/GM is 1 bad interview answer away from turning this into the Calderon and Lowry debacle in Toronto.

And yes, most of Jlin fans have been saying these things.

I think James trusts Jlin better than our coaching staff.

Yeah, why not let him loose and see what happens.

Man, this was a very important game in terms of playoff positioning, and only Lin and Harden showed up to play. I hope this doesn't happen to the Rockets during the Playoffs.

That's how it's been all year: Even when Lin, Harden, and Parsons are on fire, the game is barely tied. It requires a breakout game from Delfino, Asik, and ex-Patterson to get us over the other team.

Good Morning Houston, it's a new day. It's a new beginning. It's time to wake up and make coffee and it's time to practice hard and prepare to win for tomorrow night game against the Jazz. Go Rockets!!! :)

Watched the game finally. It's hard to win when Parsons and DMo couldn't hit any jumpers all night long. JLin had many good passes to these two, wasted. But a good coach might have adjusted by trying out Delfino, Garcia or even Anderson early and more.
Also, when they cut it to 5pt in 3rd, Harden's defense on Thompson was atrocious that got GS's right back to 10-13 range. And when the gap was only 10 pt another time, GS used a big lineup that punished MH's 4-guard + Smith one.

Exactly! Lin and Parsons had emotional responses after the game but if your directly addressing the issues of why your blowing games and playing inconsistently nothing will change.

At the end of it, it's still a TEAM game.
Need the TEAM to show up....

The best reason I have seen so far for staggering minutes between JH and JL--a lot of things Lin is good at won't happen when he's playing with Harden.

Though it's nothing the general Rockets fans don't know now, and it's the LOFs who were sensitive enough to be the first to bring this up against a lot of undue pounding, it was still relatively contained in this small circle of our CF forum here.

I hope articles by outsiders like this will start bring more attention to beyond the coaching staff level, so the coaches will feel more pressure to re-evaluate the situations and got out of their box and inertia which has been so obvious to us fans except themselves.

If we miss the playoffs and waste the previous efforts this season, the coaches would have no one to blame but themselves.
Time is of the essence now.
