    He's supposed to treat him like a rookie. That dunk called for a hard foul or for Yao to get in his face about the taunting. Neither of those would have gotten an ejection.

    Yao has a reputation for being soft, that's the difference between him and Dikembe and Kenyon and a host of other big men. He never does anything to intimidate the offensive player and that's why there about a hundred dunk on Yao videos on YouTube right now.

    Somehow Yao got the idea that basketball is solely about skill. It's also about physicality, it's about intimidation, and sometimes it's about getting respect so the next guy thinks twice.

    BTW, Yao's increased points in the paint maybe have something to do with the fact that he fouled Turiaf out and put 5 on Biedrins. Carry on with your pray that Rockets might still lose this one.
