    You might be asking the same question as me: Why do the Chinese announcers jump in the middle of action and make silly comments?

    Well, they just explained it: CCTV is having problems with the stream of the game from the U.S. It's lagging. On a side note: Well, I don't know about you guys, but if China's flagship sports station has such crappy signals, I'm not too worried about their 'advanced' military systems.

    I wonder if Yao feels like Wilt out there right now. He can get the ball anywhere he wants to whoever wants anytime he wants. Does Yao feel like taking a hook shot in the paint? Sure why not? How about a straight up jumper from 18 feet out? Go ahead. Want to front Yao? Go ahead, because he'll catch a lob pass and jam the ball down the rim. Offenses want to go against Yao right now? Blocked, or contested as they run themselves out of bounds while jacking a tough bank shot at a horrible angle. Maybe Yao feels like being generous on offense and sharing the wealth. How about an open pass to a cutting McGrady under the rim? McGrady misses the layup? It's ok, Yao will rebound it and dunk it for you. I'm just amazed at how people don't think Yao is dominant right now.

    I know the game's already started... I have a single ticket I can't use though... I'm stuck at home watching the plumber tear apart my shower. Ticket's in section 415... anyone that lives close enough to Shepherd and W. Alabama that's interested, just email me through the board... :)

    great move by JVG to rest yao when we;re up by 18 in the first qtr.

    he will be well rested to make sure we finish the half strong.

    you know what, beggers can't be choosers but ****ing god damn it pisses off to no end how stupid the cctv5 crew are. You DON"T go to commentary during the MIDDLE of play with shots of your 50 year old men commentators. It's freaking logic. I mean, if they were some hot chicks, it STILL wouldn't be right.

    but we're kicking ass so its good.
