Good win tonight, beating the teams they should.

You can really see this team starting to develop good chemistry

I love that Tmac attacked the rim this game, I hope he keeps it up.

JL was impressive. assertive on offense and looking very confident on the ball. i like this kid. but the story of the night is the REEMERGENCE OF TRACY MCGRADY

on the flipside, we won all of 2 extra games his first year here with a much better yao and got whooped by the lakers. lets not pretend the lakers ever got it out of 2nd gear in their series with us and it was still 4-1. not that jvg should've taken them down, but we did nothing great in that series. then against dallas we are like the 2nd team ever to blow a 2-0 lead after winning the first two on the road (us over phoenix may have been the only other). that's the type of thing that is more likely to get you a negative than positive mark on the resume (and not just from rockets' fans). then last year we did what we should with all those injuries. so basically with jvg, we don't suck, but we don't exactly outperform expectations or do anything special, we just do an average job.

granted, that's better than having any of a number of crappy coaches, but it's nothing great.

Yeah he made a couple, but I don't see him as a PG.

Well indeed, just checked boxscore, zero nada zilch assist from JLIII.

Anyone else find these supreme blowout wins boring?

    Not that I wouldn't take a win.

I guess I just like last minutes drama.

Glad to see Tmac-Yao tandem work to perfection.

It's all good. Peace on earth and good will toward men. I feel very cheery. The old TMac made an appearance, VSpan is a "wild child" but he is gritty, Yao was great, Hayes is the quiet assasin, Howard was a rebounding machine, Lucas ran around making shots, Alston sucked, what more could you want?

That was the closest 28 point game I have ever seen. JVG should be fired!!!

    Wtf, man... get over yourself?

I'm just tired of the incessant WHINING that goes on here... and Van Gundy hating is #1 on the list. If people aren't willing to give credit to him when things go well, they shouldn't be first in line to hate when things go bad.

I'm not asking for worship... that's only reserved for Kobe, apparently.

This was a snoozer by halftime. I thought we had a good chance for a blowout but nobody could have predicted the Warriors wouldn't show up. If the new and improved Tracy sticks around, I may up my 12 game forecast from 7-5 to 9-3. Anyone else notice that JL3 hits the wide open runner that Rafer always misses?

Don't sweat it. A lot of us agree with you. I'm still neutral on JVG but the JVG haters just can't see themselves the way everyone else does.

This game was really fun to watch.

It was fun to watch how the Warriors big men looked like a bunch of clowns trying to stop Yao in the low post.

It was fun to watch how Tmac penetrate to the basket at will and dunk on everyone of the Warriors.

It was fun to watch the bench players enjoying themselves on the court in the 4th QTR. We all know they had a wonderful time out there.

    Great game.

A stress-free basketball game is welcome every now and then.

Well mostly, everytime Rafer pulls up to take a quick 3, makes me  .
