Can work too. It's obvious with how many we've lost to them and how many Udoka has lost to Kerr that something dramatically needs to shift so maybe this is exactly what we need for this game. I'd just rather watch Draymond be busy trying to guard Amen. The Warriors have changed their lineup too.

    They will guard us like:

    Amen vs Draymond or Kuminga
    Jabari vs Kuminga or Draymond
    Brooks vs Hield
    Green vs GPIII
    FVV vs Curry

We will guard them - hopefully - like:

    Draymond vs Sengun
    Kuminga vs Jabari
    Hield vs Brooks
    Curry vs Amen
    GPIII vs Green

If Udoka actually starts Amen, Jabari, Brooks, Green and FVV I think we will win. They don't have big men who can punish us with size. You replace Tari with Amen I'm fine with that too, except it would be Jabari at the 5 with Tari/Brooks/Green/FVV. I would LOVE to see a somewhat-5-out lineup, that might shock the Warriors as well.

So much nonsense is spit here. We tried this in first half last time they came to Houston. Alpi only played 5 minutes and we were down 30, and gave up 70 points. Sure let's do that again and pray that it works

The warriors in their prime didn't even run their small ball death lineups all game. It only works in spurts.

The warriors beating Rockets 15 straight factoid is making the rounds on national media now (hoop collective, ringer, NBA daily).

Spotlight and narratives are being hyped in the media.

    Guys better show up tonight.

Whether Sengun plays or not, we can expect the Warriors to blitz Jalen and FVV on any pick-and-roll. They'll be physical and super aggressive, trying to go for the knockout early (forcing turnovers, trading 3s for 2s, seeking to get Kuminga rolling, and Steph Curry hunting fouls with tons of off-the-ball movement). They will dare Jalen to beat them and finish through contact.

It will take a lot of poise to absorb the Warrior's initial run and stay connected on defense. But if the Rockets do that and control whatever boards are available (no second-chance points, please!), they can stay in this game and not fall behind by 15 out of the gate.

I'd really like to see Amen use this national spotlight as a coming-out party, showcasing his all-around game.

If the Rockets are ice-cold from the field, our stay in the NBA will be over by halftime.

The league has the perfect opportunity to disrupt East-Wesr scheduling discrepancy with the Cup and experiment with different seeding formats but....nope, let's have 2 separate ironclad geographic brackets because that's - THE WAY IT'S ALWAYS DINE

If we lose this game at home I expect Tilman to put pressure on Stone to make a move at the deadline.

I think this will probably be the one game Tilman will actively pay attention to since it’s a nationally televised game.

He is a very proud guy and if the streak doesn’t end tonight we will be the butt of jokes around the league. I don’t except we’ll trade any core pieces but the pressure to dump guys like Tate, Whitmore, Jeff, Holiday and picks for a solid back up Big or PG will jump up.

With a healthy Chet, they might have been the best.

I’d like for once to beat that ass, there’s no game I want more with national spotlight on us. Please make your threes, please Houstonians show up to the game and be loud and please Tari play!!!

....this is the one I would love for us to win. Honestly, the issue has been, the Warriors have been TRYING to embarrass us since Harden left and it's long overdue for us to not implode against the Warriors. **** that team.

Yeah - imagine having a full time job organising logistics, and actually having to put some calls in mid-season to arrange berths for the private jet. Must be brutal....

Most important game in what? 3 years? 4 years? Cant even remember.

I hope we can win tonight for those who came in here every game on the Wall & Wood era.
Have a hard time believing Sengun won't play tonight,.

Lets compete hard and go to the end.
