Give FTW a break. Dudes just trying to balance out the massive overrating of mchale and underrating of Curry by rockets fans.

 

just foul harden strong when he drives a couple of times and he will back off. everyone knows that.

 

Its hard enough to score on a defense as good as the Warriors but the Rockets are making it easy for the Warriors to guard us because its the same game plan as last season.

Limit Harden and the Rockets will falter.

That's it.

Sad that no one has stepped up except for Harrell. A team full of vets and only a 2nd round rookie playing well.

 

Montrezlll seriously caught a tech for having the audacity to dunk on the Warriors. It's f****** b***s***. You can grab push and punch our guy as a Warrior and then our guy gets the tech. NBA ....where that happens.

 

Harrell not playing at all in the second quarter is inexcusable on McHale's part.

 

Guy is special needs.

He needs state assistance, not a break from Rockets fan.

 

No he's not he's a HUGE Harden basher and Curry lover. Noone gives a **** about his opinion of the two.

 

Ty Lawson at this point just needs to run the team. Forget hsrdeb for now let lawson lead and harden find his groove.

He is the worst amongst playoff coaches and that's all that matters.

 

I knew Dwight was going to get in foul trouble tonight. He can't play smart and the refs and the Warriors are looking for chances to get him in foul trouble.

 

D-Mo will help, but that's not gonna fix what's ailing this team. They do not look like the same Rockets as a year ago. That team was focused and hungry every night(post-New Years game in New Orleans notwithstanding). Look at how they were able to get wins with 2nd and 3rd stringers like Cisco, Dorsey, and Johnson. This team has a much more talented roster even sans D-Mo and they look worse than the 2012-13 Rockets right now.

 

no pure pg can play with harden. he has to have the ball or he is lazy as **** and just watch the ball.

 

Rockets are very good, we just employ too many one-way players.

It's either mostly-defense or mostly offense.

Ariza isn't a good 3PT shooter... same with Brewer, Beverly, and KJ. Very good defenders though. Dwight's offense has always been suspect. Harden isn't an above average defender overall.


Rockets can still win 60 games, but our weaknesses (coaching included) will reap gravely against the best teams; postseason.

 

Cyberx reported that there were some locker room fights during the Warriors series. I'm wondering if perhaps some things were said or done that badly damaged team morale and has carried over to this season. The lack of chemistry is the symptom of some animosity between some or even all of the players.

The other problem is that none of the Rockets bigs have a jump shot. That means they tend to stay near the basket which means the defense can pack the paint. As a result, there's no room to drive to the basket and all we're left with is the 3 ball. I think everyone can agree that the 3 ball isn't working for the Rockets right now.

There's at least some hustle this game, and the defensive rotations were a bit less pathetic (though still not good). But without better offensive sets, I don't see the Rockets competing past the third quarter.

Hahaha the same issues rear their head from the first game.

The best player not getting minutes in Harrell.

No movement or plays.

Put Dekker in. I want to see why they drafted him and gave Bev money instead of getting a ball handling Gaurd.
