Great win. Tomorrow I hope the Hornets win, that way the Rockets tie the Warriors in the lost column.

    He rode the pine.

He's gotta be hurting seeing that they won against a great team without him.

Gotta give it up to the BIG fella.

Alston and Head are possessed tonite.
Alston do a fabulous job on defending BD and still has big contributions in offense.
Head is playing much better tonite, just dribble and shoot your mid-range J.

And the Rockets get contributions everywhere from the bench.

Excellent game plan from Adelman too - timely timeouts when the Rockets' offense getting stagnant.

props to yao for a big game. the 36 and 19 were impressive but the clutchness down the stretch was even more so

This is the best Yao! I have been waiting for seeing this for a long time!

Coach A deserves some credits. He outcoached Nelson tonight!

    GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!
But still don't understand that we didn't make a play for Novak for the last 2 shots he took. He had to force the shots. If we design something for him just like those for Peja, he will definitely be a lethal weapon.

great W yao was simply amazing.

and i love seeing Novak getting some spot minutes the 8 points he had in the beginning of the fourth were huge. I liked his long heat check 3 pointer though a bit short...the last shot he airballed he had to put up.

good move by adeleman though to put scola back in after that. it seems that novak is great for about 10 minutes at a time to help free up yao on the inside and score some quick shots.

    Good win.
Now it's clear after these 2 games. Yao is much more important to the team than TMac. Better FT %, better leadership. We win a team that a not supposed to win, and lose to a team not supposed to lose at home. What a difference!

    ????

Why? Because they only scored 107 instead of their usual 115? Its called defense.

Is there anybody else thinking A. Brooks missed the last 2 ft intentionally?
