Not sure what you're talking about, but House has been very relevant.

It's clear he helps us and we suffered without him. His absence led to not only L's, but extra minutes to players that needed fewer before the extra begin.

None of that is proclaiming him a star, so plesse cease including me in any of your wack assertions of it.

    Deflection.

Personally... if I say something, it doesn't matter when it's introduced again. Why would it ?? I said it, so I should always stand by it.

Lol at people who deflect direct questions. Weak, not strong.

funny how you seem to thrive to try and bother people. pretty entertaining to me at times, but in this case, its pretty boring because its been all nonsense so there's not much to "deflect". wake me up when it gets better. ill be enjoying the rockets while you try if you choose to do so.

My unbiased thoughts do bother often, but most people are homers.

When you wake up, maybe you'll wake up.

    @YOLO

i gotta be honest, i don't know why you feel the need to condescend. there are times when people are misinformed, there are times when people are wrong.

Jesus, man, i'll see people asking honest questions seeking answers, and you tell people to "relax" and "its been posted" on the same post you answer the question.

i'm not saying you're right every time, but its okay to be wrong and admit faults, or just be freaking nice.

if you find "nice" to be "boring", then that's too freaking bad, because it's not like i don't find your posts informative. you just don't project a likable personality.

im doing just fine tbh. just because I don't sugarcoat some things, it doesn't make it any different than someone else that's "nice" 24/7. You take it as condescend. its mostly that way for the constant whiners around here. And boy have we had an increasingly number of them. I'm perfectly fine with having conversations which happens often with plenty of the top posters around here. There's quite a few thankfully

there's plenty of things i don't even bother to partake in around here. if you see relax/its been posted, there's certainly a reason for it. if you find that offensive, then I really don't know what to tell you.

did i say i was offended? i said you don't project a likable personality.

you do put words in people's mouths too, that is annoying.

nothing wrong w/ coming off as an a-hole if you own it, but learn how to take an a-hole comment too if you're coming off as one as well.

perfectly fine with me, I could respond by telling you exactly what I think but I choose not to do so.

I certainly find a ton annoying around here and Im going to let you know about it if its just constant nonsense

don't get all upset because someone chooses to call out bad posts. you'll get the same energy you put out. keep it consistent and generally there's no issues.

yes, i know you predicated the "offend" verb with "if". but it was suggestive that i am offended that you write a-hole comments.

i'll tell you accurately what it is: disappointment. again, i find your posts informative. but the personality you put around it is unlikable.

sorry to disappoint you in that regard but it is what it is. I can agree/disagree on whatever level being put out. Keep a good energy and things will be just fine. On the other hand, if you take it to something different, I certainly can as well.

anyways, we can most certainly get back on actual topic now which was the rockets.

Some thoughts from the game I through out on twitter and will repost here.

    • CP3 was awesome last night. I LOVE seeing *aggressive CP3.* A one-two punch with Harden. CP will always have his jumper in his bag and needs to utilize it. I feel this version of CP is sustainable. He played his game, nothing too fancy.

    • Daunel House looks seamless in his return. Hitting 3pt shots. And his biggest value added skill to the team, being able to *drive to the basket* if he is forced off the line and finish or get FTs. A skill the Rockets wings lacked. D rotations looked good as well.

    • I really liked that Capela rose to the challenge against KAT. That's the same Capela we saw in the playoffs last year. We are going to need to see that aggressive Capela more often.

    • All three of CP3 (25), Harden (20), Capela (20) had 20+ points in the win. Rockets are 5-1 in those games. Nice to see a balanced scoring effort. House: 14 pts (5-6 FG, 2-3 3ptr) and 7 rebounds. Looked smooth out there. Nothing forced. Shumpert: 7 pts and 6 rebounds was solid.

    • Last night, FTs in their respective games. James Harden: 0-0. Giannis Antetokounmpo: 19-21.

I didn't watch this game, how was PJ?

Commentators (Jalen, Chauncey) were saying PJ took up the Ariza role and is a part of the reason why we're back on track. Is this how you feel?

These same things happen all day real life if you pay attention.

People can't admit a mistake so they dodge, twist, and deflect.

Better to be strong and face it head-on.

I missed the entire game last night. Seems like it must have gone really fast. I had a thing that started at 8:00 and I was done by 10:15 or so, and it was already over. Thought I'd catch the last few minutes at least.

Anyway, I'm more than content to see a box score where our three top players posted 20/10 double-doubles. That's some nice distribution of work.

I do like that CF takes out real-life superiority out of it.

I've had bosses that won't take anything I say and assume political ****. Freaking nightmare.

At least that part isn't even in the equation.

In this specific game PJ hit 2 3's and that was a big help as he had been off the last handful of games. But his *style of play* overall has been good and good all season. Jalen and Chauncey used the narrative of Tucker's play vis-a-vis Ariza as a reason for the team winning a bunch of games...but the reality is Tucker has been this way all season.

Rockets are more back on track because they have SIZE in House on the court (for rebounds) and he is also producing points and shooting well. Rockets are getting better play from Capela. And CP is playing great and is the co-star to Harden that is needed to balance things out.

CP, I get that he was hurt from the beginning of the season, so wasn't himself. so i can take back the comments i made about him being washed up.

Harden also started the season kind of slow, made a lot of mistakes from what I saw... but he tends to start seasons slow anyway.

However, Capela's slump is a bit of a mystery to me in hindsight. Maybe he was slightly depressed because of what happened in FA? Was he injured at the beginning of the season as well when he was clearly not himself?

I also noted then that the style of play seemed different. At the beginning of season, I'd see Capela wait a lot more for rebounds, we'd take way too long to get the switches and by the time Capela came up for the high PnR, shot clock is like 3 seconds. Now I consistently see about 7-9 seconds left before the shooter has time to get it off.
