It doesn't make sense a Rockets NBA insider might have history with an NBA player.

    Yeah... MY rebuttal wack.

Anyways, I'm just messing with you.

Also saying, your House comment towards me was more wack.

    Do better.

You’re still bothered for touting house as a star? That certainly isn’t anyone’s issue here but yours

Attempt to show me evidence of said "touting".

Just move along man. I understand the past few weeks have been difficult for you trying to defend the fantasies in your head.

45 points and 20 assists. Both HOF players. Major ball movement game! That was enjoyable to watch!

very specific claims there. not sure I would agree though ... You may be right about when his athletic prime was, tho that's debatable, but to say he was as quick as he was in 2014-2015 ... i'd say is a stretch.

From my observation, most of his game was dependent on his first step going right in his athletic prime with new orleans (he could get by anyone at will). After that big surgery and eventually moving to the clips, he moved into a lesser athletic prime but still had a top first step among pgs, specifically going right, and then started developing that "smitty" move, based on steve smith's move, mixing in counters. I think his last year(s) with the clips was the tail end of his first step being in that elite company (averaging 20&10assists in that last playoff series).

By the time he came here last year, it was still good enough but had to be preserved for the playoffs. We really didn't see it much until the 2nd round against the Jazz and it obviously gave out on him against the warriors. As much as I love cp, he'll probably continue to drive even less this year and preserve even more cautiously until we face the warriors or a team he believes he absolutely needs to use it. If we were getting the 2014-2015 Chris Paul, I don't think he'd be this cautious, nor would we only be a #3 seed. We'd be a heavier favorite to win it all, more so than even last year perhaps.

Kudos to him strategically prolonging his career as long as possible though. Most pgs with explosive first steps don't know how to develop/transition their game to thrive and continue to be at a high level, despite their athleticism deteriorating.

According to Chris Smoove CP3, Harden and Capela ALL had triple doubles!

    Take that for data.

While not great I thought shumpert played his best game tonight driving the ball and being aggressive leading in transition offense. He needs to be even more aggressive and not simply passing the ball back to CP3 or harden immediately after receiving a pass lol. But tonight was a big step forward for him.

Watching Danuel House Jr play on this team, and it just feels icky.

Like, watching Gordon pass him the ball for an open corner 3 which House then goes on to make. It makes me sick inside.

It's like a group of friends all playing street pick up. We've all been playing since kids and we're in high school now. It's summer vacation. One of your friend's cousins comes to visit for the last month. Y'all all quickly become friends with the cousin. Y'all go to parties together, hoop together, game together, smoke together. Then summer vacation ends, and that cousin is gone forever. Back to where he's really from.

It was a good ass summer. But now it's back to reality. He was only there temporarily.

Danuel House Jr is gonna be gone this summer. And that sucks cause I really like him.

James need to be rested by our staff and I don't wanna hear anything about him not wanting to - another 8/24 effort with 3 TO. Im sure CP can handle Timberwolves by himself. At this point i feel like he just cares about mvp and is scared it will run away if he sits out

It’s because rivers had a infection and Faried was sore. They couldn’t go. If harden sat as well, the rotation would have been down to 6 people. Btw, stop stat watching through the box score harden had atleast 4 threes that went in and out and normally would have fallen so 12 of 24 could easily being the net result. The 3 turnovers also resulted in 10 assists so that is 3 assists to one turnover ratio. He was good with the ball.

    Stop complaining just to complain

I get the rotations argument and its fair, poorly constructed roster but we can't do nothing about it now.

You realize he has point god on his side? Why is he dribbling so much while he is injuried and Chris has one of his nights? Im complaining because we would beaten Wolves anyway, they are that bad. But i dont want to see Harden being haunted by this wrist or neck down the line in series against someone meaningful I just don't understand why they can't force him to sit

What are on about? Paul had the ball as much as harden. Did you see Paul’s post game interview? He said Harden got angry at him at half time for not being aggressive and Paul got aggressive in the second half. Dude stop box score watching.

I didn't see that interview if that's true then its on CP. I watch 99/100 games to be fair i didn't watch that one, but after watching highlights and looking at the boxscore all i see is injuried harden taking about 30 shots at 33% and playing most minutes on the team. That's just nonsense
