But I love them even in the losses, even when they make mistakes.

And I am a Lin-guy. IMO he's trying very, very hard to be a better player.

Don't think he'd ever go back to the Knicks. He's even said the only thing he misses there are the fans. He probably misses his Novak, too, though. I wouldn't be surprised if the Lakers went after him, though. Kupchak's tried to draft Lin, trade for Lin, and claim him off waivers.

He tried to draft him? Pretty sure no one tried to draft him. Didn't know he tried to trade for him and claim him off waivers either.

Considering Dolans history, he probably wouldnt sign Lin.

He would destroy the franchise first, which has been proven by making Isiah GM.

A bigger slap in the face is if Lin went to The Brooklyn NETS instead.

Well, actually Lin and his family believed that the Lakers were going to draft him. I guess they had some sort of agreement. But it didn't actually happen.
Lin/family were very disappointed at that time. It's all said in an interview.

Wanted to draft him with the last pick in the 2nd round, but Phil Jackson wasn't sure if he'd fit into the triangle. Then, he tried to sign Lin after summer league, but Lin went with the Warriors. Tried to trade for him, but Lacob wouldn't let him go. When the Warriors waived him, they tried to claim him, but Stern vetoed it because the Rockets record was worse than the Lakers.

There was an article last season when the Lakers played the Knicks. Mike Brown talked about it.

I live in the Bay Area, so I've been following him since high school. I probably shouldn't know as much as I do, but my family has been rooting for him a long time. That said, we're Rockets fans because my dad is from Houston. :)

The Lakers have wanted him for some time now from what I heard. One of the Laker scouts was talking about it on the radio this summer. If I can find the link I will post the podcasts. Lakers also wanted to offer for him this off season but hesitated because the Knicks said they would match.
