Now can we stop all this crap and talk about the game in the GAME thread please?

 

Would love to see:

1. Another dominant performance from the starting 5

2. Thomas Robinson being active & productive like last game

3. Solid defense from DMo without getting into foul trouble

4. Early blowout to rest Harden

It really is a thankless job...

 

I've never seen Rubio get as much hate as he gets on this board.dude is one of the best passers in the game while playing extremely solid d. Considering he plays without Roy, Love, Pek, AK, or CBud and still gets 10 assists a game, that's ridiculous. Give the man the respect he deserves.

Yep it's ridiculous, Rubio is severely underrated by CF.
February #'s: 12.8ppg, 4.6rpg, 9.5apg, 2.8stl, 3.6to, 38% FG
March #'s: 14.4ppg, 6.9rpg, 8.7apg, 2.9stl, 3.9to, 40% FG

 

Don't quote that douche he's fking annoying. Says the exact same useless crap every day and every game.

 

I don't like players who can't shoot. I just don't. With Rubio it's not that he can't shoot, he's terrible finishing off the glass as well. Just the worst offensive players you can imagine. Sure he plays good defense and assists well but I don't think he is a net positive on offense despite that. 38 % and 40 % are absolutely atrocious. Anyone other player would be laughed at for that but Rubio is somehow a special case.

Have you seen his three point shot ? It is the most ugly thing imaginable.

 

Will this game be blacked out of NBA TV?

We're talking about the point guard position, so I don't think shooting is the #1 priority of a PG, it's about distributing the ball, controlling the tempo, facilitating the offense, and playing defense. Rubio doesn't need to shoot well to make a significant impact on the game, he'll be everywhere on the court tonight guaranteed.

 

Can we trade Keith Jones for the Suns' trainer?

If we lose this game with them not having Love, Pekovic & AK would be travesty..
