That's nothing. I remember some of those threads in the first round series vs the Blazers went past 250 pages. To reach only 100 pages proves that this was a "boring" blowout win.

I know I know, it's just, it's been a while since I've seen a lot of pages/I'm just so happy inside that we destroyed Westbrick last night. That chucker doesn't deserve to be MVP. What a waste of an award.

Things OKC could do to try matching up with the Rockets? There are a few things they could try:
Bench Oladipo and pair Grant and Roberson as starters...Perhaps add McDermott with Adams and Westbrook.
Starters: WB, Adams, Grant, Abrines, and McDermott
Bench: Christon, Gibson/or Kanter, Roberson, Oladipo...

9 man rotation. Donovan has a really hard job when it comes to playing defense...so forget it. Stick to maintain offensive efficiency and ensure that the Rockets misses are rebounded. I dont expect the Rockets to outrebound the Thunder again. But that being said...tons of rebounds off missed 3 point shots often take long bonces.

If the Thunder are looking for offensive efficiency, they have to play Kanter and Oladipo. Those were their top scorers this season outside of Westbrook and combined for 30.2 points per game. If those two don't see a lot of time on the floor, Donovan is basically conceding the series.

It still amazes me how much HOU beat OKC on the boards in. Some of it has to be luck even while accounting for hustle, lineups (not being able to play Kanter + Adams together) and tactics (OKC focusing extra on chasing 3 pt shooters on D, but that doesn't account for O rebound by OKC). OKC ranked #1 in offensive rebound % and #3 in defensive rebound % during the season while the Rockets are #10 and #22.

The Rockets better be ready to battle for boards again in Game 2.

There's some talks of OKC maybe going small. It might work, but kind of negates a great strength as well.

Our small ball lineup would destroy theirs. If this is a chess match, MDA just took Billy's rook and knight, and now he's eyeing the Queen.

Remember Harden's first year, when we played the heavily favored Thunder in the playoffs?

I think James played adequate on defense with the effort he has to concede to the offensive end.

James Harden's mental game is so much farther ahead of Westbrook right now. I think a sweep is completely possible after watching last night.

Yes Oladipo had a bad game, but Roberson turned in to Kyle Korver for them. Rockets would have to royally screw up to not get a sweep.

If Westbrook is the only guy scoring 20 points or more, this is over in 5. Can't see this being a competitive series if there is no 2nd scoring option for OKC.

Also, I haven't seen Beverley this impactful since the game 1 against Portland.
