Maybe, I was watching very half-assed.

I was determining from the halftime box score vs final game.

 

With James Harden and plenty of lottery picks, Stone build a trash team.

 

Not one of them are on the same level as SGA or Chet.....and you clearly left out the draft bust Jalen Green.

Tari might not even exist anymore due to injury

Sengun is a very solid piece, but not a star.

Jabari is a decent role player

Cam and Amen are projects.

We can't compare that to how well OKC drafted.

 

We gotta wait till next season, but Rafael could fool us AGAIN.

 

Presti is amazing. All that young talent and they basically own every single draft pick there is for eternity too. But, hey, at least Stone got us a big man who can't play this year...

 

Last game against Sun Amen played so well and his minutes got reduced again this game. I don't understand Ime's philosophy. "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." The starting lineup has been losing us games and he kept the same lineup over and over.

 

Kinda sad that Jalen didn’t play particularly bad tonight, he was just outmatched terms of skills and even though he got pumped up with Dort, he just didn’t had in him to bring anything to the table. Sengun played horrible, Fred played like a headless chicken and Jalen is just an average player who thinks he’s better than he actually is

 

Why fool you.....he was at best a mediocre one, people knew he would sign players with that kind of free money.

 

Jabari!!!

33 rebounds and 42 PTS in the last two games.

 

Considering the entire game, I won't be harsh on Jabari, but the fact is after starting 5/6, he finished 1/9. Sure, you can argue OKC started playing defense but that is no excuse.

 

Without Fred, this would have been a total blowout.....just saying.

Here is the thing.

Rockets would be just as bad with 20 year old SGA.

No one projected SGA to be what he is now.

I agree that Jalen Green is super likely to be a bust, but these other guys have improved.

OKC is on a slightly different timeline because one of their prospects is in his prime.

 

If Amen becomes our superstar we still need a lethal wing scorer to pair him with. I had hoped it would be Jalen, but he’s a huge question mark right now. Cam could be it, but his game is too one-dimensional (at age 19, to be fair).

I know we’re a little behind OKC on the rebuild timeline, but I can’t help but to compare our teams. The Rockets have some work to do

 

Adams is decent but I am not sure being decent gets you into the Playoffs.

 

Presti's draft and management of draft picks is without a doubt impressive, but getting SGA in 2019 was the move that put that rebuild on overdrive. Almost makes up for the debacle that was the Harden trade.

 

Yeah but Bari goes 5/6 then doesn't touch the ball for an entire quarter, goes into half time, then is expected to just heat up again.

 

Sengun has no help. I mean, for **** sake, Jeff Green was useless, and none of the other guys even made it off the bench. What in the hell are we doing with bigs who can't even get in off the bench? Landale. Nope. Biban. Nope. Tate? Not a big, but he tries. Nope.

This roster is ****ed.

 

Defensive superstar at best because without shooting he cannot even crack 25 ppg.....and that is minimum for me as a superstar....

OKC had a blue print, and nearly every draft pick hit home in their plans....

Both masterclass of building a team and also a master class of how to use Time Outs tonight.
