Gordo - no improvement
John Wall - tanking intentionally
silas - sticking to shiiiity lineups
If they did practice more, if they did have serious film sessions, if they got better communication, if they made good use of every single player (strengths)…they would have had better ball movement, would have figured out right away how to deal with zone D, would have lowered down turnovers, n wouldn't have repeated similar mistakes in different games.

 

Half the season tanking.
30 games winning.

A coexist of two goals for a rebuilding franchise, players development n tanking, is pretty workable.

Rox doing good. They beat OKC with 3 g-leaguers, a washed vet and Alp.

Im not sure there is a coexisting of two goals in this matter when it was 'lose at all costs' and that is what is happening. Stone has his heels kicked up on his desk laughing at Clutch Fans and the rest of the basketball world who is mocking this franchise currently. Its funny how one can go from madman to genius overnight and we'll see how this outrage manifests next season when the team will be MUCH better.

its always easy and possible to not win it all, everybody knew that and everybody can do that and everyboidy does that save 1 team

stop pretending tanking or development is the goal of nba...the goal is to win it all and that cant be done by losing...theres no substitute for winning

yes you can lose an develop but you also can win and develop so why lose?

also stop pretending the higher the pick the better player you get or develop into...that is nonsense!

Lol cmon man nobody is mocking the Rox outside of insane Rockets fans. Pistons and Spurs have around the same record and nobody is mocking those teams.

You sure about that? Seems like every other day there is some player, "insider" or even our own fans that feels like trashing us. They talk about the incompetence of the managers and how players are being poorly developed and all this super serious stuff and then NOBODY wants to talk about the elephant in the room which is that this team is taking its last stab at finding a legitimate franchise changing player via tanking. Its really obvious to those that are looking into the future and not having a dense, tunnel vision view of the current situation. Our fans have turned into a whiny 'woe is me" bunch.

Thats what I'm saying most of the hate are coming from Rockets fans. Jabari Smith, Green and Sengun all made it into the rising stars challenge and thats not even counting KJ Martin who would be in there if he was a sophomore and Tari Eason who would have prob made it in if Silas had given him more PT to strut his stuff.

Majority of non Rox nba fans dont have a bad view of the Rox or even pay attention to the Rox esp since so many of their featured players are looked upon as future good players in the NBA. You are right though Rockets are missing that "Paolo Banchero" type of talent thats why I agree with Stone on the tank.
