    It just seems the way Adelman develops young players - give them limited minutes but make sure that they produce in those minutes, and after a long while, even an entire season, extend those minutes. He did it with Brooks and Landry as well, and I think it helped them become better players in the long run.

    He just doesn't seem to believe in a sink-or-swim strategy with the young players. The only time he strayed from that formula was with Budinger last season, but that was more out of lack of depth at the SG/SF position.

    Yeah that's true, I just worry about guys like Hill. Some guys are all about growing their confidence and it's hard for that to happen when he's playing well and isn't really rewarded minute wise for it.

    With that said...here come the Thunder.
