this is what happens with players when you tank...games become meaningless and thus your performances suffer
OTH playing to win games gets you on another level, and another and another....

 

Bad match from sengun. He seemed like a rookie today.

 

I disagree, i felt like especially tonight he was running and changing directions faster than thunder players heads could turn. His only issue remains body strength. He also got robbed of alot of FTs and even an AND1

 

Does anyone know what happened with about 7 or 8 min. left when we got the ball, went on a fast break and Green went in for what looked to be an and1.
Next thing I know they're giving it to okc on the sideline at midcourt back the other way with no points for us. ???
The announcers were too busy talking about something else to tell us what went down.

dude is a baller but he looked depressed tonight. He’s very clearly not stoked about the future assets instead of Sengun dressing up. He’s clearly way ahead of the thunder timeline and that messes with the player because it feels like the effort they put in is ultimately meaningless.

 

just offensively...i guess silas lackadaisicalness rubbed off on him a bit....
OTH he was pretty good on defense, very active challenging almost every single shot

 

i think you are talking about off. foul. Some guy gone under green when he jumped .and refs called off. Foul.

 

I looked in the boxscore (right after) and I didn't see another foul or turnover added to his statline.
But that must have been it.

He made a few more mistakes, but still had some good play in there. One time he had a boneheaded turnover, but scrambled on defense to get the ball back, so he was still hustling.

 

Ok i am ready for 5 games of torture. Team seems putting on each game. May be we can get a w or 2. ( Long shot) in this strech

Offensive foul. They said defender was in position even though it kind of looked like the defender ran up under him. I think either Ackerman or Hollins mentioned that because I didn't now wth happened, either other than they said it was called off.

There was another one earlier where Green was about to throw down a dunk that would've #1 on the highlight reel and force all of OKC to just switch sides where he got fouled in the face CLEARLY and they didn't call it. I was pissed at that one. That was about the nastiest looking "no dunk" I ever saw.

 

hes ok but hes no spacer... cant play non shooting guard/wing in todays nba... what is silas doing?

Yea sort of, I saw the beginning of the season but missed a lot of the second half of the season due to having to get up early because of the job I had at the time. And I guess I’ll take back what I said, it’s like after I made that comment he started hitting those layups on the break lol

 

Refs missed the call.
