A lot of people were calling people crazy for saying this, but it was he's the best center in the NBA well sometimes that's not what a team needs but it could be a WANT

Lol yall can't sit up here and sulk about what the TNT crew said about the Rockets and Howard. They were telling the truth. Rockets set an NBA worst record for God's sake lol. It shows. 19 points in the entire 2nd half? Who does that???.Especially in today's NBA where defensive is almost non-existent. And Howard is so frustrating to watch. Geez.

Two ways we beat okc. Either we get rid of Mchale or we get rid of all our non black players except Parsons and get athletic defensive types.

 

I assumed today would be a loss for the Rockets, especially considering the opposition and the B2B with the starters playing heavy minutes Wednesday, but that 2nd half was as ugly as they get. I can't believe what I saw. Still a bit dumbfounded and still blame the coaching.

 

Overreact much? Who says the Rockets got Dwight so we could build around him? He's a huge puzzle to the piece but Morey is by no means finished with his project.

I think they were 5th most of the last season too, but then barely made the playoffs.

 

You don't know what's going on in the locker room. It's very mature of him to not throw anyone under the bus to the media.

 

The rockets should adjust their offense a little bit in the second half, should do a little more cutting, slicing...

 

Fortunes can change very easily. For a team that struggles against the non-contenders and get absolutely humiliated by the elite teams

 

Agree on Inside the NBA... They are clowns. Funny clowns, but cannot be taken serious.

I don't agree this is all Asik, but he is a big part of it. This team has about as bad a bench as you can have right now. There are literally no competent reserves. Basically Brooks backs up the 1-2, Garcia 3, and garbage at the 4-5. If the Rockets have a starter having foul trouble or a bad game? It is 4 on 5. What about if the starters are tired? Too bad.

The good news is getting a bench isn't that hard, Morey can do it, and Beverly will be a big help.

Dwight just doesn't have an alpha-dog personality. Neither does Harden. That's why they aren't cut out to be leaders.

 

He is biting his tongue to the media - that is good. He needs to tell the players privately not to TNT.

Barkley said dwight said "you can't get pissed" and then slammed him for not getting mad. He DID say "I'm Pissed" Barkley is just an idiot and did not hear correctly. DH did say you can't get frustrated, but I'm pissed.

frustrated - defeated, discouraged, disheartened. So he was right, you cant get frustrated. But he DID say "I'm Pissed" ie mad, angry, upset, furious.

Barkley is plain Dumb.

 

Brooks shouldn't play more than 5 minutes on a good team.
