If the Rockets win the championship Charles will retire.

Sucks for Harden. I don't know if he watches this stuff but they give 0 props to him. Just say "You can't win like that." yeah, a superstar SG has never won a championship as the first option

Shaq doesn't have a beef with the Rockets, Dwight sure, but the team, no. Chuck has an issue with the whole organization.

Haha, exactly, love to see what Barkley would cry about then.

And I definitely agree, hopefully it just drives Harden more. I don't get it, the guy is having an MVP type season and they can't even mention the near triple double or the fact that he's leading the NBA in scoring. Or even the fact that he's done it over 40 games now, with all the injuries the Rockets have had...

I also can't believe they didn't even bother to mention his player of the month award. Oh well, we definitely have something special in Harden, and it's awesome to have a top player again!

It's hard to even enjoy the rest of the show.

Whenever Kenny tries to bring up Harden they just immediately both go back to Dwight.

One day I hope they interview Dwight and he just says "____ Charles and Shaq!" right to the camera. They say he should stand up for himself after all.

Why did TNT show that video early on of Bron in a bathtub with a doo-rag on? Looking like a deleted scene from The Wire of one of Omar's boyfriends.

Both DMo and Smith are legit post up scoring threats, especially DMo. That alone makes their Dwight argument even more stupid.

Its a known fact that Charles has wanted a GM/coaching job for a long ass time, and he is also bitter that nobody is stupid enough to offer his ****** a job. No idea why you guys put so much stock into what he says. He has been saying the spurs are too old for the last 10 yrs...and they actually won rings .

It's crazy, off a b2b against OKC after 5 days of rest...we don't even get "Good win from the Rockets tonight." the only positive thing I remember them saying about the Rockets was Charles agreeing with Kenny saying "Harden is the best one on one player in the NBA." and he had to shout it out like 3 times between the usual Dwight bashfest for it to be heard.

Yeah, that's what is puzzling to me. I don't know who they actually consider contenders. Charles doesn't realize this isn't the 80s or 90s. He said Portland and GSW aren't contenders too because they rely too much on jumpshots.

He thinks Memphis is a contender though and despite having that elite inside game all ever year for the past few years it hasn't gotten them to the finals. In fact many would say that they LACK shooting and that's why. This isn't the NBA of old.

They are biased true but they are caught up in this idea that you can't win a ring without some dominant offensive post presence...and when has that happened? Outside of the Spurs and I'll give it to the Spurs because Timmy always has those vintage games in the playoffs...

Heat, Mavericks? None, Heat didn't even have a traditional center.

The Pistons you can say Rasheed although that guy did everything. Then the Shaq Lakers true...but then the previous 8 years? 6 rings by Jordan who never had some drop it down low center.

All these teams DID have rim protectors though and we have that in Dwight and Smith. Really I feel like all we need is for Harden to show up in the playoffs. If Dwight is last years Dwight in the playoffs I'd take us against anyone.

If Harden was even half himself last year I'm very confident we get past Portland. Not the Spurs though, not with that defense we played last season.

Charles and Shaq have officially become unwatchable.

This post, sir, is everything. I think the Rockets have all the pieces. If everyone properly executes in the playoffs I think we can take it all.

Yep.... add the fact Dwight balled hard last postseason too. Barkley's favorite phrase is "in the playoffs", yet he disregards how Dwight played last postseason.

Just sit back and laugh at the hypocrisy.

Weird. He's been proclaiming Portland the favorite to come out of the West all season.

I've never thought he was entertaining. When he came to Inside the NBA, I though he ruined the flow that EJ, Kenny, and Chuck had. Those three guys had great chemistry, and I feel like Shaq is always trying to interrupt or talk over, and that becomes annoying.
