T-mac seems a little worn out... I think the Utah game is probably clouding our judgement on how healthy the hip is.
My biggest concern is we're not getting ANY calls on the inside!!! I've already seen missed calls on Yao, T-Mac and MJ!! There's no way that Yao can foul standing straight up, and they jump INTO our players and NOT commit a foul.
The next 2 games wont be easy either. I wish the loss against Hornets wouldnt be the one we look back later and regret about.
WHY is Sura and EVERYONE else from the Rockets guards keeps penetrating instea of taking the wide open jump shot? Are they really that afraid of missing the shot? You can't miss it if you don't take it, and you can't make it unless you take it Apparently, they are just going to double-team McGrady the whole game, and with Amare no the less. Why can't they just wait until McGrady makes a couple of shots first and THEN decide whether to double-team him or not? What a bunch of cowards BTW, Yao is playing well, but since this game will be a loss anyways, it is smart to try and not overplay Yao with his "bruise" and all. I am predicting the Suns will pull out somewhere in the 3rd, then we will be at least able to rest our stars by then. P.S.: CAN'T THE FREAKIN' SUNS MISS A DAMN 3-POINTER? MAN! I have never seen a team in my whole life make the threes with such consistency over the span of an entire season. The Suns are a dangerous team.
Don't know about the points... but Phoenix doesn't box out at all, so the rebounds are a definite possibility.
This game is clearly too fast for the refs... they might as well swallow the whistles and let the players take out their frustrations on each other.
Well, that was a bad call on Amare, that was a blocking foul all the way, but it is fair since they made that crappy call against Yao earlier on. So refs are f*cking up (in a fair manner) on both sides
Maybe they are penetrating, because last game against NO they only shot like ~ 30%?. I'll bet that is VG's call to attack. Just a thought though.
