ball movement is one thing, and there is also the hot season-long shooting by the Suns (something I have NEVER seen before in my entire life, that is a team that continues to stay hot shooting from the outside for the ENTIRE season ) They are just one heck of a team, I seriously doubt, however, that they can keep that many talented players on their roster for too long. Although they might just do it.
tmac 6-21 i have no problem for tha he is the star player but sura 4-15, wseley 3-11 and james 3-15 that's ridicules our role players took 41 shots man
Only Yao hits over half of his shots. If he is 100% healthy, I'm pretty sure he will duplicate the performance (27 & 22) and win the game for us.
Our team is hobbled. We shot like utter crap tonight. Yet, we still managed to keep a full strength Suns team well under 100 points. The icing on the cake? Yao outplayed Amare "MVP" Stoudemire yet again. That's more or less all I was expecting from this game, considering the injury status of our team.
Let's not complain about Sura. Other than not hitting his shots he played OK tonight. A few of his turnovers weren't his fault. Mike James is the one that's really stinking it up right now.
Well, lot of people got ahead of themselves think losing games like to the hornet was a good thing. No playoff is not a lock. But I think we will make it. We need 3 more wins to tie Minny's best finish possible, I think we have the tie breaker. We can win the last 2 games against LAC and Seattle when the life is on the line. We might snach one in the 6 games ahead. Seeding wise, I think 6,7,8 will be seperated by a game. I think we will end up 7. Now the loss to Hornets probably will cost us the 6th spot. This is how I look at it.
I just don't want a losing streak to put us #7 in the Western Conference--the Spurs in the 1st round would SUCK!!
Just see how many bricks out guards threw, it makes sense we lost this game badly. Hopefully they learnd something form this game! Try to do something else, no more bricks.
if you want to be a bandwagon analyst, go right ahead. I think it's ignorant to judge a team is better just because of the record. I was hoping I would see a better argument brought up than the "better record" card. The rockets are the better team period.
Like we should've won this one. I was mad last night about last loss, not this one. Agianst Hornets or Suns, count as one game. They are the same.
Yao didnt really outplay Amare. There both playing injured. Amare had 9 points 14 Rebs and played 27mins, Yao had 19 points 12 Rebs 4 tos and played 33 mins. Hunter had 5 rebs 9 points. So there centers out played our center.
When I said MJ shot too much a while ago, I wan getting flamed. Now you see, the law of average works again.
Man Steve Nash is so tacky with his flops. ugh. The way the entire phoenix team whines about calls is so annoying. This is a game we could have easily won if some of those in and outs stayed down.
If one team has a significantly better record than another, that doesn't necessarily mean it's better? I'm sorry...but this reasoning doesn't really make any sense to me.
