Maybe if Yao was another color he would not try to denigrate his accomplishments. People like that reveal themselves for what they are.RXXXXXX

Wow... what a rotten loser... actually it was Elias Sports Bureau that spit out that stat... the same Elias Sports Bureau that listed many feats that Yao accomplished when he goes off for monster numbers. Yet something tells me if Elias said Yao did something amazing, you wouldn't be downgrading his feats and comparing them to Hakeem's feats.

It must be past your bedtime. Good night YOF.

WHO is ruining the fun of a great night ?

As I've said, I'll take on any day 37 points, 13 rebounds, 12 assists, over 39 points, 11 rebounds, 9 assists.....

whats your point? theyre all monster numbers and any of our two stars are capable of putting them up right now...

you just dont get it, do you... no one is claiming anything...its the ELIAS FREAKING SPORTS BUREAU that reported this...

...I tried to play mediator but got nowhere...

p.s. pryuen, how convenient of you to bring up Dream... where were you on Game 7 in 1994? where were you on Game 4 in 1995? where were you when Hakeem was crowned All Time BLocks leader? where were you when Dream's jersey was retired?

Right, the history of pryuen being a Rockets fan must be less than 5 years because of his ethnic background.

Looks like someone's being slightly naive.

I know almost nothing about pryuen except that he did some translation works for us from time to time. But you seem to know a lot about him. You talked with confidence that he was not connected to the Houston Rockets in any way in the mid-1990's. And I wonder how you could be so sure about it. Whether he actually was a Rockets fan or not back then is not the key here.

So it's naive to think that a YOF started paying attention to the Rockets only after we drafted Yao? Nah... not "naive", more like "accurate".

Isn't this the same Pryuen that was ripping on T-Mac earlier in the season because he didn't mention Yao in an interview?

He's really starting to get annoying. And that's unfortunate.

It's naive to make assumptions based on a label. There are also a few posters labelled TOFs on this board too. Do you also assume that they were not connected to the Rockets before 2004?
