If you would have told me that Dwight would miss 10 of the first 20 games, Jones would miss nearly all of them, Beverley would miss nearly half of them, Canaan would miss a handful, Papanikolau would miss one and we'd still finish the first 20 games 16-4 there is no way I would have believed you.
I say this as a guy who has come down generally on the anti-McHale side of the board prior to this year - at a certain point, we're going to run out of excuses for how the Rockets are missing 5 guys and winning 80% of their games when their coach supposedly sucks. McHale may make my hair prematurely grey once in a while but you can't ask for better results than this year.
Given the amount of injuries we have right now, I'm just happy with any win. I would be disappointed with this score if we were fully healthy. But in this situation, just glad we pulled it out.
I didn't see a replay, but did Nick Johnson block Dragic towards the end? If not, he was waaaay up there, kid has some serious ups!
