Except that Harden can't seem to explode even during tight, close game situations. So, he plays subpar against weak teams because he's bored, and plays subpar against good teams because he simply can't. Ergo, he can't explode in any possible world.

He's a kid man. I don't know why people are allowing themselves to get trolled. Well it's because Harden is the least of my concerns with the Rockets because....obviously? And Fair point. I do overreact mid-game. But not about Harden, because he's simply not worth worrying about. He is going to be elite. And yes...I'd like to see him just attack the rim until they stop him. No need to settle.
