Hilarious sequence to end the game. Kirk Snyder goes for the garbage time highlight dunk. Amare takes it personally, rejects Snyder. Time runs out. Amare and Marion do the chest bump. LMAO!

The bench looked good, outscoring our starters 57-48.

agree. what killed us in 3rd was that we kept posting up yao. every play.
it obviously screwed us (only 19 pts in 3rd).

Wasn't the Phoenix coach angry at someone a week ago for trying to embarrass them?

What does the hypocrite do today?

Runs up the score with Suns starters at the end of the game while Rockets have their bench players or the floor.

    Classless organization.

4 games in 5 days, rockets are too tired. Although we lost 4, I think they tried their best.

    Good news, Scola and SF3!

you're insane. if you gave any one of those teams our schedule and the number of games we've played and also taken their best player off for the last 3, they'd be 6-5, at best, as well. we beat the jazz, we beat the spurs and would have yesterday as well if yao got any kind of whistle. it's been 11 games, i don't know we're we rank yet but to declare us out of the elite with the facts that you should know is just ludicrous. we haven't even gotten into adelman's offense yet. you think the freaking magic are close to us?

    stop looking at the records.

our guards haven't begun shooting well yet, scola is just beginning to look comfortable, i mean i just don't understand why peopl feel the need to rank the rockets after every single week. we have a better team then last year, and that will reveal itself as the season goes along.

    1. Scola is the real deal. Let's see him continue this when TMAC comes back. That'll be a sight to behold!

    2. Francis still has a little game left in him. I think Adelman should've played him 3 games ago when we fell into our little funk. It's obvious that once he gets a few more games under his belt, he'll be a huge boost for our team.

    3. Brooks and Snyder should see more minutes. There should be no reason these two should rot on the bench.

    4. MJ and Rafer's minutes should be diminished.

    5. Bonzi needs to work on his layups. Man, how many of those wide-open shots are you gonna miss????

Steve and AB looks good. Rafer and Bonzi should take some rest and practise their shooting more. Steve should join that training on shooting too.

    What's wrong with this team?
Rox shot almost 40 times more, and TO 15 short.
JVG is too restricted, and Ric Adelman too free style?
Up top the hill, down low the valley, again and again.
    frustrated.

One thing encouraging about this year is that we do have some counter to the small ball. I want to see us morph into a Spurs like team that can run and slow down. We played them without Tmac, it would have been different game with him.

lmao- he only put his starters back in cause he
    1. wanted to punish his reserves for sucking and losing huge lead
    2. cause houston came back to single digit deficit.

At least you can't say that Yao lost the game for the Rockets this time. He only played 23 minutes, less than 3/4 of what he usually plays, a lot of the bench players got a lot of time, and the Rockets still lost the game.

To be fair, everyone other than Francis and Brooks were completely drained from the schedule. I think this team is so freaking deep that even minus T-Mac, it would still be able to make the second round.

Can't wait until McGrady gets back and Stevie gets his legs back. Jesus, Scola is really living up to the hype now!
