Once again... calculate the +/- for the Rockets tonight when Yao is in or out of the game. I do think we need him to WIN the game... but, somehow they're plus (by a WIDE margin) when he's not in.

If anyone thinks that my criticism of Yao is rooted in some hatred is just way off. I'm not like Amed. I pointed out that Yao needs to get his hook shot back in order to be a go-to guy like he was at times last year. Does no one remember when Yao was hitting hook shot after hook shot against Shaq? That was supposedly his bread and butter move. Getting dunks and layups can be done by Dikembe. Yao can be more than that.

Deke is great. But Amare scored 13 points against him. That basically neutralized all his effort. Amare score 3 against Yao on a fast break. ON the whole, he is 1-8 against Yao and 4-7 against Deke.
