No kidding! This is like a game from the mid 80's. I would get Suns season tickets in a heartbeat.

People don't see it? Amare is hitting jumpers and finesse shots. Yao is not. Both guys can dunk. I thought Yao had the edge on Amare in the area of finesse and skill. That is not the case anymore.

My point is that if yao feels unhappy to stay here,he must tell JVG.
If JVG does not want to change anything, yao will leave.

His point is JVG is pointless in knowing how to utilize Yao.

if the ball hits the top of the backboard isnt that considered out?

well jvg had a blunder their to end the half, coming out of that timeout with 2:21 to go, he didn't put Mcgrady back in immediately off the timout yet sent him to the table the possession after at around 2:10 left, and Mcgrady didn't get in till 2 secs left in the half.

other than that I feel good about the guys surviving that unreal outburst by the Suns.

now if they repeat that outburst to start the second, we're...never mind...won't happen.

Sura is still wasting 2-3 seconds in passing the ball to Yao. Can any Rockets guard just flip the pass when the big has position? Where is Marc Jackson when we need him?

How many touch Amare gets? How many Yao gets?

One uncontested jumper, one close to the basket, one dunk....the rest of the points are all FT's.

Not saying he isn't talented---by any means. However, his offensive game is pretty predictable its just unstoppable because he usually drives to the basket and has such power.

I like what I am seeing from the Rockets. They are hustling and diving after loose balls and getting back on defense. The Suns are shooting unconsciously, but it's still within reach. They are really loaded.

If yao still play here,I really worry yao will lose his confidence.

Dumbest post so far in this thread. Amare, a finessse player. What a joke. Amare couldn't score at all when Yao is on the court.

yao's use in the game has been reduced to a mere role player.
only 4 shot attempts by half...

LOL. If the Rocjets & JVG decide to restrict Yao to 4 shots in the 1st half, there is nothing that he can do.

BTW, Amare still needs to score a basket against Yao. He is 0-6 so far against him.

Plus Yao got 6 boards in only 13 min, while Amare played 18 min with only 3 boards.

Let face it. Yao is still on rookie salary. He couldn't afford to "donate" much. :D

Yeah wow what are you talking about? Amare seems to me he just relies on athleticism you just have to play smart and react quickly to him. He can't shoot..just cuz he made that AND ONE SHOT and they called a foul on MO? That wasn't a foul btw.

Hope we can do a better job passing the ball to Yao in the second half.
